This is the question of the week, and worst, not getting any responses from the so-called support team.
When do I get paid? Just showing an entry is not doing it. Telling me to wait five days, now going on three weeks is not doing it either.
I'm now seriously concerned that this site is scamming its users. Also, how many times and ways do I need to ask for the payout, should I be calling Donald Trump? BBB? etc. This is ridiculous.

Just search payouts/payments. I'm sure its in rules but....
We get paid around the 20th of the month after u "cashed out.
Example: cash out Mar. 30th. Get paid "around" APRIL 20th.
No matter WHEN u cashout previous month...(3rd, 15th. etc. ) Payment comes around 20th of the next month..
As long as ALL requirements are met.. There you go.
I am new also. But not a scam, already cashed out b4.

There is an entire board dedicated just to proof of payments so its certainly not a scam. I've received around $2700 so far
When did you request payment? Is your account fully verified?

One thing is for sure.. this site IS NOT scamming its users. Tjhere's people here that spend time on it every single day, and manage to make good money too...
I don't always have time to "waste".. when I do manage to reach 25in a month and the next month receive 25 dollars, I am obviously soo happy!! ;)
But it all depends on how much of perseverance you have. Some people cash out every single month, some make a lot more than the basic 25dollars each month.
Personally... I used to be able to cash out each month but lately it's been harder so if I cash out every 2 months, that's still OK for me.
Remember what they say in the rule, this site only pays on the 20th of each month.... So it all depends on you, you do the math and decide when to request your cashouts..
I for instance try to work as much as I can in one month, and always request my cashouts the last day of the month. So when the new month starts, I start fresh again, and I know I'll see my payment around the 20th (sometimes they even pay one or two days before that).

I think it pays around the 20th of the next month you cashout. I haven't cashed out yet because I had just made it to $25 last month but I have seen many people on the forums post proof of them getting paid so it's definitely not a scam :)

It simple. cashout on the last day of the month, and get paid on the 20th. I get it every month in the mail.

You will be paid by the twentieth of the following month. If you are paid by paypal, you may be paid a few days early!

i only started in February but I received my money in March, it's not a scam. From what I gather the payouts usually go on the 20th of the next month but in March we got it a few days early, so I assume its "around" the 20th maybe. But it will definitely come. :)

They do claim to pay around the 20th of the month. I have to wait a month and I opted to cash out on the 11th of the prior month. That sucks!!!

Hmmm? I am new also....Just curious why so early? Could have reached for higher payout...I usually have mine by second week but keep going until last week for more cash each month.

They say around the 20th of the following month. If you didn't read that correctly then its on you. You do have the option of canceling and requesting it closer to the end of the month and you would receive it around the same time in the future

I just thought of something. Did you go into your information and double check what you put for payment method, etc? Maybe somehow you clicked a different option then how you are expecting it to come :) (ive done that before lol)
