I can not finish my PTC because there are no sponsored ads on the left hand side. Anyone else having a problem like this>

Yes. I just went to PTC, and there are no sponsors. There are other posts regarding this issue in the support section.

I thought was my computer acting up, but I see I'm not the only one having an issue. Frustrating, for sure!

I thought my computer had something wrong, tried it about 5 times before looking on forum. Now I feel better about my computer, but missing the 15 cents

I'm having the same issue! I KNEW it had to be more than just my computer... never had this one crop up before!

same thing here too... was fine for me yesterday so it must have started at different times for different people/areas.. will keep checking back and hoping they fix it soon

Yep - same issue here. Gotta say, that's the first time I've had THAT particular issue. I'm confident that it will be resolved before the end of the day.

Yes I am and I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue. I opened a ticket - I hope it gets straightened out that is my major earning source for each day. Oh well we shall see.

Yes I noticed this too. FusionCash is really struggling here and I fear it's only getting worse.

No sponsors on mine either. I didn't notice it until I had already clicked on all the other stuff to look at.

We get so spoiled when everything runs like clockwork. I had a moment of trying to comprehend what I was seeing. NO sponsored ads! That wasn't possible. They are ALWAYS there. I kept clicking on the word "Sponsors" as it that were going to help! I guess this will be a good reminder to be thankful when things run smoothly, and we don't have to scratch our brains to figure out what's happening. I'm loving this forum. It's so nice to be able to come here and see that we are not alone. I feel sure it will be fixed soon.

I finally managed to scrape up enough points to do PTC, but it looks like it still hasn't been fixed. I'm on my way to send a ticket now.

I looked for the ads first too, still none. Really wish we would hear something at least to acknowledge the are aware and working on the problem.

Again with no sponsor ads... Honestly, I feel as if we should be credited for the days missed. I'm at 30¢ missed now.

Was sure hoping it would be resolved this morning after missing out yesterday but still no sponsors. Oh well just keep persevering.

I guess all FC members are in the same boat on this one.. This is my 2nd day (Wed.) not to be able to finish PTC , due to lack of sponsored ads. Some members did not get it Monday as well but I guess I did it early in the day. I don't bother with clicking the 4 links like I did Tuesday; first I check if there are sponsored ads and so far NOT any. I sure wish Admin. would respond to us in the forum. Also FC needs to say PTC is not working on the site itself due to lack of ads, especially for newbies who just joined.

Three days, no PTC .15¢... this is cutting into my earnings! And further making me question sticking around. I'm doing okay elsewhere, but FC used to be my main earner, might have to cut my time here some now. ???

I just went to check how things were with PTC.
no sponsored ads yet.
The timer isn't working; that is an indication to me that FC is working to fix the problem.

Alas this is the third day for me that I had no sponsored ads. I sure hope it isn't the end of this offer. I was able to get a lot of video's yesterday so that helped compensate some. I do wish they would let us know what the situation is.......oh well will keep going best I can.

I've been doing decently well l with survey DQs every day, so there's that compensation for the lack of PTC. Bu,t that sure and easy .15¢ every morning is a nice thing to look forward to!

I get stumbles. If they posted that they are working on a fix, or replied to my support ticket, I would be fine. It's the complete lack of communication that has me worried. Silence is not a good thing when you're a business and your customers have concerns.

Think about it for a moment, The sponsors are the ones providing the $ for the payment. If they removed the requirement where does the money come from to pay the .15? Now I think their handling of the matter stunk, it would have been better for us to click on the link and get a message "sorry ptc is not available at this time, we are working hard to get it back to you as soon as possible"
