Title: Offer Toro Problem

I'm having a terrible problem with Offer Toro offers. Every time I try to attempt one, I get a message: "No offers for you at this time, Code: PX1" This is extremely annoying, because they have all the best offers, like the DailyBreak videos. These DailyBreak offers work on other sites like Swagbucks, so I don't know if those sites use a different provider, not Offer Toro, or if I only have a problem with OT on Fusion Cash. Does anyone else run into this problem, and if so, have you figured out a fix please?
