So which one is better, Lyft or Uber? or are they about the same (as a passenger)..?

I think that Uber is more popular, not sure which one gives better service...

Both too expensive for me, I just call a friend and slip him some gas money (generously) and I am happy to do the same for other friends.

I have actually never tried either one personally. I have ridden in an uber once with a co-worker, and it was fine and seemed easy. I don't know the difference between the two, and I actually thought they were owned by the same parent company.

Never really gave it much thought switch one is better, as a passenger you still have to be careful.

Never tried Lyft, but I only have good things to say about Uber so far. My sister uses it all the time to get to work, and we've used it a handful or so times for outings. :thumbsup: All the drivers have been pleasant, one in particular was very friendly and such an entertainment. :)

I seem to pay less with Uber, but both otherwise are generally the same to me. If there is a promo, I will use either one. I guess you can I'm more sold on the cost than loyalty here.

I don't use either but i've heard uber works well first hand, I think lyft sounds pretty cool so if the time came i would probably just pick one, I'm leaning twards uber 8)

Don't know anything about Lyft but My big sis's a part time Uber driver, so Uber!

Neither, had a bad experience once with Uber and will never use either one in the future. I would rather walk.

They're both similar....it depends on the day/time really...sometimes one is less expensive than the other

I only use Uber. I never tried Lyft, but I imagine Uber is more widely used.

uber has had better drivers.

I don't know about lift but my daughter uses uber all the time.

I've only used Uber one time but I've always imagined they were the same- I just so happen to have more Uber free codes at the time.

I have never tried Lyft, but I have Uber; which I like. No able to compare the two, but I have heard good things about both from friends and family who use them both much more consistently then I do.

I tried to use uber while on vacation and the guy never showed up so I put a complaint into my credit card to get reimbursed. It was a hassle waiting at the airport waiting for him to show up and tracking him on my phone until he got one minute away and disappeared. Called lyft and used the same driver for the entire vacation and never had a problem. After I got back home, Uber was on the news for not picking up people because the drivers wanted to go a longer distance to make more money. Deleted the uber app off my phone.

I have never used Lyft but I have used Uber a decent amount. It is very safe and reliable. It can be expensive at times but it's helped me a lot.

I have never used Uber or Lyft. But they seem like a popular alternative to a cab. These services are rather costly.

Neither. I have heard too many bad stories about them. I don't think either are available where I live. I haven't heard of any, if they are.

ive never used either...I have a customer who works with Uber and he tells me a little about what he does. I imagine they are the same.

I've never tried either one, but my friends have good experience with Uber.

I use uber. It's honestly way cheaper than a taxi and the drivers are always faster to arrive than on lyft.

Now you will have to tip Uber drivers now....I think Lyft over Uber

I havent rode in either one and i have only rode in a cab once. I like to take the L or train over that it seems safer to me for some reason.

Well I have only been in an Uber, it's the choice people make for me when I get kicked out of a party for getting to crazy... But hey, I don't ever pay... So I love Uber haha.

I think uber but I am not too sure
