Title: slept the day away

i have been sleeping all daylong but i guess i needed it

It happens to us all sometimes. I know by the time the weekend comes around, I'm sleeping until nearly noon sometimes, due to lack of sleep I don't get during weekdays. It's the body trying to catch up.

I mostly rested today too.

Perfectly normal. See nothing wrong with it. We do it from time to time.
