Title: Do you panic easy?

I have calm down since I gotten older. Happy International Panic Day!

I don't panic much at work and I try to keep a cool ahead on personal things, but with some family members, I panic easily - especially the clumpsy ones.

I don't panic, I look at things first and watch all things around me, try hard not to let anything get the best of me.

I still get panic attacks from time to time. It's no fun, let me tell you.

I don't panic easily but during situations that could warrant panicking, I react more slowly than normal.

I do and in rare cases, a full blown attack. :/

No, I don't panic very quickly at all. It takes a lot to do that for me. My wife on the other hand....

depends on the situation sometimes I'm a nervous wreck other times I'm calm.

I think one of my best qualities at work is that I don't panic no matter how stressful the situation.

yes  I  take meds for it every day.  Its a terrible feeling :(
