We went and bought a few things at mejiers. They are have a great $1.00 sale going on. I did not have any coupons to use today. That is not normal for me, lol.

Have you downloaded the app Receipt Hog to your smartphone? You get paid to upload your receipts from the grocery store, gas station, ect.

I went the other day for just a few

I try never to shop on a Saturday. They stores are much too busy for me. I do not like to stand in long lines to check out. Even the self check out has lines here.

It is just the wife and I.
We shop 1 a month.
Last Wednesday was the ordeal. ;)

I shop for the month mostly. It is when we go out of town for doctors. I buy very little from this overinflated grocery store. Mostly fresh veggies. I also order a lot of things and most of it I get free shipping when I buy over $50.00. Hey anyway to save money I am all for it.

No I did not, I went earlier this month and again last week.

As a matter of fact I did.... Ralphs had a one day only sale today & so I went there to take advantage & to get my Friday freebies & also they have chicken *bleep* there $1.67 a pound this week, so I picked up a couple packages of those. $27 spent ... receipt said I saved $35... Love shopping the sales :)

no not today,,, usually go on Wednesdays mid week so I will have things for the weekend. :) plus it isn't as busy as the first of the week or crazy like on the weekends lol
but if I feel like having some laughs I will go in the evenings just to people watch,,,,,,, I shop at Walmart !!! you just never know what will walk through the doors Ha Ha

I got some groceries Friday. I might get some more grapes today. Aldi had a sale for 99 cents and i love grapes they're almost gone.

I usually go grocery shopping on Sundays, but today, I decided to be lazy and I did not. I will go during the week when most people are at work. That way I can have a half empty store and I can zoom in and out.

Did not go grocery shopping today,,, I never go the first few days of the month,,,, Every one gets their Welfare checks and the stores are a crazy. The check out lines are 6 deep sometimes LOL Better to wait then stand in long lines

Is shopping to vague to connect people for the word SHOP, different context, more of a m-e-ch@nics classroom reference? Is the ING portion to vague? What about just did you grocery shop? That is still kind of a verb isn't it? It is something you do, just like the ING portion, but I do not know grammar terms well these days. We all shop. Even poor people shop, that is what they call going to the distribution table to pick out clothing and such. So we all shop, whether in a mall or a store for clothing and such, or in a grocery store. Or if we take our car to the shop to be repaired/fixed/tuned up or have the oil changed. Or if we want to learn how to become a carpenter, etc. aka SHOP class. Hmm.....
What the . . . . ??? Does anyone understand this?

As a matter of fact, we did, after the library during genealogy, we went to Wal-mart to get a few things, the heat was brutal, the humidity was high which makes the heat unbearable.

I hit the farmers markets for the first time this year. I actually got local corn, a rarity for northern Ohio at this time of the year.

I think I go grocery shopping every day! lol ... growing boy has a bottomless pit and so does the hubs! Oy vey! lol

I did go grocery shopping today. I guess I kinda grocery shop every day since I work in a grocery store (Kroger) and tend to make a purchase everyday... even if it's just when I'm on my break or lunch. Today though I went to the hope center - a store where all the stuff that doesn't sell in stores... get's donated and offered at low low low prices. I really stocked up on chicken from Trader Joes and a ton of chips.

My husband and I do our regular grocery shopping once a week. I make two lists and we split up. I do the fruits, vegetables, meats, and any special items, such as vegan ones for our daughters. He does the rest and often finishes before me!

My days off are monday and tuesday so I generally go shopping on one of those days. Yesterday was that day .. I only had one coupon .. bummer.

I stopped at Sprouts & got 3 cantaloupes for $1.00... also, avocados & tomatoes on the vine.

Have to go tomorrow, I dread it. My main grocery store moved and now is a good drive away. So it's either go pay higher prices every time I shop, or take a road trip. :( (Thinking the once a month thing someone posted earlier is sounding really good!)
