In regards to giving links to other survey panels but is it against the rules for links to be given for a college student looking for free online classes on how to take notes.it has nothing to do with survey or competing panels.

I just went back and reread the rule on referral links. Here is what it says you should do if you're not sure about a link.
If you have a link and you are unsure if you can post it, please send in a support ticket or an email to support@fusioncash.com and I will be more than happy to look it over and let you know.

If you read the TOS it says if the link leads to something where you will make money from the link you are not suppose to do it.
If I understand you are wanting to share a link that the link leads to a site that teaches college students or anyone how to take better notes? That should be fine.

I have recently learned it is better to do notes quickly and possibly messy and when you go back and study organize and make them neater in a different notebook.
That is working great for me with something I am doing and need a massive amount of notes.

If you are not looking for college credits, and you just want to learn, their are podcasts and other youtube channels of college professors who recorded themselves teaching various topics. I find topics that I am interested in and they type it in a youtube search or podcast search.
The only downside to getting professors is that many of them these days are teaching personal opinions instead of what they should focus on which is the truths as we know them through science, theology, and personal experience.

No. As long as it doesn't contain your affiliate link.

hopefully you can find a good link.
