You can only submit one request at a time. The request form will show your last two payments. Pick one. No, you do NOT need to be in the picture of your check. The picture only needs to show the date, the amount and the payer (FusionCash), but you block out your name as the payee. This is to protect your identity since the picture is published in a public forum.
If you haven't looked at the pictures submitted by other members found in the subforum Payment Pictures, you should do so. There are some examples there of those who received payment by check.

Usually the directions I find don't work for my computer. It would help tremendously if I didn't wait months in between tries. Every time I read these types of threads, I resolve to submit my proof of purchase.

It was a bit complicated for me also, so I read their directions, and wrote them down, now I just refer to that every time. It's really not hard, a bit time consuming in my opinion. Well worth it though.

It's been over 2 months and I'm still waiting for my last picture posting bonus to go through :( It still shows pending. I don't think I've ever had to wait this long before. Now watch, just cause I said this, it will go through tomorrow haha!
