It was said 41 minutes ago that he was moved to ICU. If you go to his google profile, it says he died on the 19th of november 2017. If its true, Rest in peace. My thought and prayers go out to his family and friends

First the co=found of AC-DC, now DAvid Cassidy. Both from "dementia." Both too young.

He was one that I watched on tv, when I was a young-teenager and he was my star love, pinup boy. RIP my :heart:

Goggle says he remains in hospital with organ failure, that was 4 hours ago. But he is in need of a liver transplant, so he still alive but in critical condition.

This is directed to the source that you saw and not the poster of the original thread... I wish these news outlets would wait until someone actually dies before reporting the death.

According to TMZ he is in very serious condition and is in need of a liver transplant. He is not expected to live, but he is not dead yet.

I used to watch the partridge family as a kid. For David Cassidy, I wish him luck hoping he will make the recovery.

I'm glad he isn't dead yet, however I suppose he won't be alive for much longer seeing how they are already reporting his death. A few years ago we bought tickets to go see a David Cassidy show in Las Vegas, and when we arrived, we found out that he wasn't going to be there, but his brother was going to take his place. I really liked some of the oldies he sang!

I remember being a HUGE David Cassidy fan when I was a young girl. It's so sad that it looks like the end of the line for a truly iconic man. I would love to think that it will all work out for him, but it's not looking very good. :(

As of 3 hrs. ago, CNN reports that he is still in critical condition, so please keep him in prayers.

I have not seen any reports that he is dead. The last one I read that was updated this morning is that he is in critical condition.

I had not heard that he had died. You can't believe anything you see on the internet any way. I do think he was basically just waiting to die though. I read his organs were shutting down and I think they were not doing anything. But there comes a point when you can't really do anything. Esp if a person is older like that.

It doesn't look good at all. 67 years old and in needing a liver transplant. What a shame, he is still relatively young.
I think I had a crush on him when I was a kid but I think my cousin had a bigger crush. ;)

As of today Nov. 21, he is still in critical condition, is in intensive care with a breathing tube, his publicist says. So keep him in your prayers, as you know Prayers do work.

That was the last thing I heard. It will be big news when he dies. That cult leader died. Finally got to meet his hero face to face. He won't get a liver transplant. It said he had multiple organs shutting down. He has too any problems and he is too old. Would be a waste to give it to him.

It is not a hoax. I don't know where the OP got that he was dead but he is laying in a bed basically waiting to die. Nothing else they can do. And he is unconscious. So yeah he will die soon. Well that could ALL be a joke. Who knows. 99% of the stuff in the news today is a lie.

Yeah, it's a hoax. He's still alive, but he needs a liver transplant and he's still in critical condition. Hopefully he can get the transplant and fully recover.

I am to guess I would have seen it on the news if he did have not seen anything yet just like the other stars.
