Just heard he passed away 1 hour ago. Way too young to die.

RIP...seems like we have lost a lot of stars in the past month or so....crazy!
-
Wow so many have passed including one of the founding members of ACDC and he was only 64 which yes I consider young too young to pass. Well RIP David Cassidy.
-
Had a sister that was in-love, she died before him. I liked the colorful bus they got to ride in on the Partridge Family show. RIP
-
Yes, very sad, he was such a heart throb when I was young... RIP David.

One of my favorite shows at age 13 the partridge family. Didn't know he did alot of Broadway. Think he had the beginnings of alheimers.

Once again another icon I grew up with gone! It just reminds me how fast my life span is getting shorter & shorter every year! It doesn't matter if I was a fan of his or not, his(& many famous icons) existance alone gives me comfort, security that my lifespan is still strong & that I still have a future! David's death this month is not helping my already fragile security! RIP David👼

I felt bad when I heard that. I did know that he has been sick for a while. :'(

Sorry to hear that David passed away at a early age

So sad to hear about his passing. He was such a heart throb and I had the biggest crush on him. So young but he was foolish. :(

At what point is it no longer too young to die? David Cassidy was sixty seven years old and qualified for social security income. Perhaps seventy is no longer too young? At that point an individual may take their maximum social security payments. In alcoholic/substance abuse years he would have been closer to about ninety three. A body can only take so much alcohol/so many drugs. It would be interesting to know, if substance abuse had not been his focus, how long he would have lived. Over one hundred years like Kirk Douglas? As old as Betty White? At one point, or another, the quality of life begins to diminish as you hit advanced stages in the game. Cassidy provided entertainment to the masses and for that we are thankful but I am more surprised that he lasted this long.

Very sad to hear of his passing.

I remember watching the partridge family growing up even though I was very young. I feel bad for his family since losing a loved one is very painful.
-
I heard he had such a gentle soul. May he rest in peace.

Yep. He was too young to die. Used to watch the partridge family a lot as a little kid.

Hello! :D :)
Yes rest in peace David Cassidy. Although he was before my own time I can still appreciate that he was a great entertainer. Perhaps his inability to separate his entertainment life from his personal life caused his death. :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose: :rose:
