So I went snooping around FC, haha, and clicked on "About Us" under the Corporate tab at the bottom right and it says there that there are over 3 million members!! Now this doesn't surprise me and because it doesn't say when that was, it very well could be much higher than that now. Although I doubt all of them (us) are active. Which kind of explains why it takes so long to get a response on a help ticket, or getting verified, etc. Just posting mostly for the newbies, to give them a bit of insight on what FC deals with on a daily basis. I'm pretty sure lots of them (us) send tickets occasionally for a rather stupid reason, and probably are lucky we got a response at all!! I know I have submitted a few tickets, and they always got answered, and they were always quite pleasant and fair. But I'm sure the staff has better things to do lol. :)

Whenever I have had to submit a support ticket, I have always had a timely response. I do not always get the answer I want but the responses have always been pleasant and quick.

I have never had any issues with support tickets. I very seldom send them but every one has been answered in a timely way.
As far as the million member club, I believe I have seen that too. Fusion Cash has been around for a number of years. I don't know how long inactive members are kept on 'file'.
I'm sure it's a similar situation with referrals - a member may have many referrals but only a few, if any, are active. It's all about numbers.
-
I haven't submitted very many support tickets, but those I have were answered promptly and politely.
-
I haven’t submitted a support ticket since the first two years I joined, I think. So it’s one less burden onto the staff. There are a lot of members signed up under Fusion Cash. Many of them who used to frequent at the forum are not active as they used to be.

Well, my experience has not been as pleasant. Customer service takes an average of two weeks or more to respond, the answer is always polite, but vague, and rarely helpful.
-
Since there are so many members, maybe they are looking for some people to work from home and receive an actual paycheck. Maybe I need to start snooping around

And that's what I'm saying kaat1220, with over a million members they probably receive an enormous amount of help tickets in a single day! And many could probably have an answer found on the forum somewhere. So for an answer to be received within 2 weeks is probably quite fast considering their work load. Plus some responses take more investigating to find a suitable answer. If I was retired, I'd be more than happy to help them out if they needed it!

There ya go singletonb!! I would love to do all my work from home, I already do FC and a couple others that I consider part time work from home, but have to supplement with a "day" job too. Hopefully within a couple years I''ll be able to cut back.

I rarely do submit for support......

This is pretty much my experience also.

3 mil members is quite alot. I have never had an issue on this site since I have been on here for over 8 years

I haven't submitted a support ticket in a while, but when I did I got a response quickly.

I've found that as long as I do my research; make sure my inquiry is not covered under the faq page for example, then I do not have any problems with support tickets. I understand that admin can get backed up from time to time so I always try to keep that in mind.
-
I’ve only submitted 3 support tickets since I joined. All tickets were answered in a timely manner, never had any problems.
-
My support inquiries are always answered promptly. I haven't submitting very many, but I always got a useful response.
-
I submit a help ticket to Crowdflower about the broken tasks quite frequently and always get a timely response, but I don't think I've submitted to FC for quite some time. I just move on if I come across something that doesn't work right because there are just too darn many of them.

The majority of FC members are inactive.

How do you know that? I mean, I know I see a lot of newbies that post in the forum once or twice, then seem to quit posting (because it shows how many posts you've done). But who knows if they are actually earning. And I know I have 2 unactive referrals, I'm sure others have way more than that.

haven't submitted many support tickets but I have had a variety of responses from timely, not so timely, nicely worded but definitely canned responses to a couple times not so nice. The ones that were poorly worded with an attitude were some time ago.
-
I submitted a support ticket over a week ago and still waiting on response. This is like the 5th time since I joined 13 months ago that a support ticket was not answered in timely manner.
-
I have always had a timely response whenever I have had to submit a ticket and usually the problem gets solved with their response.
-
When I had submitted tickets I got timely response, unfortunately they were pretty much useless canned responses. It was like calling tech support in the Philippines were they read you solutions. I had contacted them about a possibly security (hack) issue on an offer. The appropriate response would have been "Thank you for your concern, we will check into this". Instead I was given "there are many ways to earn on FC, try something else", it had nothing to do with earnings. I decided then that the forums were much more helpful.

Just for frame of reference, I have over 360 referrals. Only one of them is active. I know that may not be a fair representation of FC figures across the board, but it leans toward supporting berthabutt's statement.

Oh wow, that seriously sucks for you! And quite sad. If only people knew what they are missing out on! But too many think you should be able to just do a few things online and get rich. If only that was how it worked!! But yes, I see your point, I'd guess quite a few members have that same problem.

Wow! That is very insightful info!! Thanks for sharing. :)

think all newbies should read the FAQ's and then check this board first, that would be helpful :rose:

Three millions. That s a high number of members. Good :)
