I keep getting this error message when I try to complete video offers. I have experienced this in both Chrome and Firefox. Anyone else experiencing this? What did you do?

Never seen that before. But I have gotten other error messages in surveys like link is invalid or something.

I get that message when I load the Top Coupons, but it only lasts for less than a minute and then the coupon "video" loads. (I am not sure how Top Coupons is a video, but for .10, I really don't care!)

I get this every time I open the coupon offers, but it goes away once the page loads.
Speaking of offers... am I the only one hardly getting any "video" offers?

it does happen with the coupon videos, but does with other ones, then it says offer not available right now... will just wait and see if it starts working again

There was one day that none of the videos would work on Google Chrome but they would work on Firefox. All this stuff works very strange. ::)

Top coupons won't load for me..."Checking connection... Please Wait!" ??? :(

I have been getting the same response when I try to complete the videos. This makes it hard to complete the 5 cents per day for the paid to click.

some of the videos are still saying no offers available, but the connection not found part has stopped

I was getting that same error message.

Sometimes I do get that message but more times than not I am connected to the survey, video or whatever offer I'm trying to complete.
It's hard to say what's going on. Maybe there is too much online traffic which could slow things down. I know when the cable company is working on the lines from our grid, connections are either slow or non existent.

I was getting that message to but it did not stay for long and I got to move on with what I was doing.

Usually when I get that message it loads right after that.

I haven't had that message yet. Sometimes the pages seem to take forever to load tho'.

May be the server did not respond. :) :) ::)

When I get those type of messages I usually have to reboot my computer to fix the problem.

I started getting that on top coupons. Sometimes it will open, other times not. Grrrrrr

I get once in awhile, I use chrome but it generally goes through; but it has not been a problem for me.

I have been getting the same error and unable to do .

I can't say that this has ever happened to me, it sounds frustrating though. Maybe it's your connection.

I get sometimes, just let it do it’s thing & generally wait for the survey to load; it has not been problematic.

I get it often on my work computer from videos and offers from "Toro" "Explore 10" work just fine. I think it is web filters they use on the network.

I always get the connection error on the Hyprmx videos. They work for me on another site when I'm using another browser though.

Top Coupons load for me BUT for 2 days now, when I get to the page for more secure whatever or "I'll do it later" (which I always have to choose because I don't have text or data on my flip phone), I click the 'later' but it doesn't go any further. Bums me out because I haven't been able to make the 5 cents necessary for PTC for 2 days.

I get the exact same message, I just go to another site and come back later and it refreshes itself, I guess, but then it works.
