"We're regret to inform you that your forum posting bonus for April '18 has been denied."
Any way to appeal?
-
I don't guess they gave you any further explanation as to why it was denied. If they have and you can show were the reason is wrong I would think you could send a support ticket.
-
Try submitting a support ticket. I would be curious as to why also.
-
The best thing is to just do it again, with special attention to the rules. Make posts that contribute and have some substance to them.
-
My forum postings credit was denied, too.
I am wondering why.
-
Haven't been denied yet... :peace:
-
Mine denied yesterday. Sent an appeal. Hope for a reversal
-
Ouch, sorry, send them a message and see if they will tell you why. If you were really close to the 30 mark, maybe some of your posts were too short??
-
Please let us know if they change the decision on you.

Oh no! I hope everyone gets their forum posting money soon! I think Fusioncash is having a mid-life crisis with all the glitches, crashes & figure eight issues going on! :o

Maybe they have a new employee reviewing them?
-
Really makes me question if it's worth all the time put in if they are just going to deny the bonus.

They have paid me over $500 for this bonus so far without a single denial.
-
Hmmmm, that's crazy, I've never seen where so many were denied before. But thank you for reminding to submit mine for April, ha, I had forgotten to do it. Now I just hope it won't be denied, I've never been denied before either!
-
OK got my April submitted. Noticed and wanted to pass along that they do say you cannot delete or edit any of the posts you submitted or that will invalidate your request. Also, you can't use posts that are in contests/promos and I believe none in off topics either but I'm not sure. So make sure you take notice of what discussion board your post was in before submitting it. Just wondering if maybe any of this could be why some of you got denied?
-
I have been with Fusion Cash for years and have never heard of any member being denied the $3 bonus for posting. I am certain that it has happened but perhaps no one posted about it.
Postings have to have some substance. They can not be just one or two words like "way to go" or "wow". I always try to post at least one full sentence minimum but usually more than one. They have to contribute to the discussion.
Were your postings less than one full sentence?
-
I've been getting the posting bonus for over two years without any denial.
Last month was the only time the bonus was denied.

I would open a support ticket. Maybe it was a mistake.
If you have been getting your bonus for two years, then you know the rules and how to post. What did you do that was different?
-
I got mine, but now, I am worried about why so many rejections.
-
Maybe have to be more of a chatter person that's writes alot. Maybe have to make viable contributions. When someone asks like what is your favorite TV show tell them what it is and why you like it. Never had mine turned down. Oh I like the Americans. If you watch Stan is gonna get them right.
-
If a clear, concise one sentence gives thoughtful, helpful information or answers a question there is no reason to ramble on. Say something meaningful, do not say nothing in 500 words or more .
That said I wonder if the denials came from a thread being deleted
-
I have been doing this for several years and have never been denied by posting bonus. I always make sure that my comments are on topic and are more than one line.
-
I have never been denied the posting bonus either and I've been posting several years now. I almost always do at least a few more than 30 posts and write in complete sentences, usually more than one. I recall a while back there was a member that was denied the bonus but his/her posts were redundant and one or two words. (such as,"where paid to call at") Except he/she did not spell well at all, as simple as the posts were. I also suggest putting in a support ticket. The crediting time for the bonus is also different now. You might get credit almost right away or not for a couple of months, when you might get two $3 bonus pays almost back to back.
-
I got a response to the support ticket... but it was just as vague as the original denial message:
"Some reasons for disqualification is under a low word amount per each post, copy and pasting completions only, or rude or non-helpful posts."
"Some reasons"???... how about THE reason?

I am sorry to hear this, but unfortunately not to surprised. My experience with "support" seems like they just give you a canned answer even if it doesn't really address the issue.
-
I got it this time though! :)
Forum Activity Bonus (May18)
Jun 25th $3.00 Approved
-
Congrats Jgw!
Always try to give your longest posts when you apply for the bonus. I assume that it is all they are looking at given the fact that they want three posts although it is a good idea to try to "up the word count" a bit on every post.
-
I would find out which post was denied and send a ticket
-
I know contest and promotion doesn't count. The best is over 30 posts
-
happernrf to me a th or two ago. Tried a appeal via support ticket and no go. As ol buddy said, pay attention to your posts and make sure they are helpful.
-
If you want to talk about a bummer: My account was restricted two weeks ago "due to a security reason" or something like that and only today has become active again. Fusion Cash has not told me why my account was restricted.
I have missed the site especially forum.
-
I don't think you can appeal that.
-
I suppose you have to really chat it up. Say things that contribute or give ideas to a problem someone has. Never been denied does seem kind of harsh.3.00 to lose is ok I loose that playing scratchers.
-
If you were denied did you see an explanation why. Because some times they deny you for posting twice on the same topic
-
You can try and submit a help ticket to determine why it was denied. However, the powers-that-be may not necessarily give you a reason as to why. But it is worth a shot.
-
Send in a ticket to see why they denied you they will gladly tell you
-
This is my first forum posting in a few mouths but I was never denied the bonus. I suggest you put in a ticket. It can't hurt.
-
If that happened to me I would submit a support ticket to find out why this happened
-
I have been fortunate to have never been denied a forum bonus. Knock on wood that it stays that way. I suggest re-reading the forum rules to make sure that you are following every single one of them.
-

Say what??? I don't think that is true, unless you posted the exact same thing more than once. Otherwise, why would they have the "unread replies" button to click on, so you can go read posts you've already posted in, which is how I got to this one now. I usually don't use it, I just look around at different posts in the forum, and comment when I feel like I have something helpful/useful to say. And I've never been denied for the bonus either.
-
who makes the decision to approve or deny? I often wondered if there is a person that sifts through all this stuff and then makes a decision. I can see getting a denial for short comments just for the sake of making a post
-
Put in a ticket and see why that happened and what survey they denied.
-
not enough wording in post is one reason or not posting helpful advice.
-
That's another good reason for having more than thirty posts. If you have a few posts that are not up to par or following the guidelines, then you have extra posts to replace them. I've seen many posts that were just one sentence or even just a couple of words. If I ever have short posts like that, I make sure I have more than thirty to cover the "duds."
-

So have you ever found out why your account was restricted bostonphil? Maybe it wasn't anything you did, but they thought it looked like someone tried to use or hack your account? I'm just going by you saying it was a security issue, which is the only thing I can think of as far as them temporarily shutting you down.
-

They didn't.
-
I just received a similar e mail for October. I went through all of my monthly posts and then created a support ticket itemizing why I felt they should reconsider.!
