Title: surveys are working

I'm so happy that they got the surveys working again! I was lucky to get one or two before. No more error message, YAY!!!

I wonder why some people can get surveys but they are unavailable for others? I would think if the site was down, it would be down for everyone..

Yesterday morning Tap Research kept displaying an error message, but by evening, it was working as normal for me.

For me it started out unavailable, then began working, then had a crazy glitch where I would get DQ but it would keep rolling the "you earned 1 cent" banner over and over and over again until I clicked out and tried again. Still same results . Then I looked to see if I had actually been credited that many times but...No..it only showed a penny 8)

I have had no problems completing surveys. I get alot of 1c but they all add up

I can only do them on Chrome tablet, not Windows computer.................grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :turkey:

I am on a Windows PC and have had no issues using that.  For the last couple of days I have not been able to access my list of FC surveys, but by now we all seem to be facing that situation with an error message.  Oh well!  Fortunately, you can get around that by accessing Tap surveys under EARN CASH, then click "No Credit Card Needed" and scroll down till you spot it.  Thank goodness for the availability of Tap surveys, although I found them to have the occasional glitch as Ladygort described.
