Title: My Account Was Restricted

Two weeks ago, Tuesday, my Fusion Cash account got restricted and it has just become active again.

I had no problem in the morning.  I went grocery shopping and when I came home, checked my emails. I had an email from Fusion Cash informing me that my account had been credited $100 for the one hour phone interview I had done about three months ago. I have posted about this.

I went to my account only to find that my account had been restricted due to "security reasons" and there was no need to open a ticket although I did so anyways.

This morning my account is active again but the $100 is not in my account.

I am glad to see the familiar Fusion Cash pages once again. I missed the site especially the forum.

I am sorry your account was restricted and you lost your hundred Dollars. It does not seem fair to me because you did all that work and lost your money. You have such a Happy and Positive Attitude about everything you post. You always find a way to see the good in it. You have to be a Child of Our Heavenly Father. :angel11:

It's because of experiences like this one that I shy away from the bigger ticket offers.  There seems to be so many things that can go wrong - no credit for the offer, glitches, or, as in your case, having the account restricted.   ???

It would be so nice if there were little to no issues on every offer.  It is what it is, I suppose.   :silly:

Glad you're back and I hope all goes well.   :thumbsup:

I was given no explanation. I received the daily email today and that is how I knew that the restriction had been lifted.  I had also opened a support ticked and it was closed with a message that my account was now active.

Thank you for the nice words and support.  I am glad to be among you again and I have missed you.

For those of you who have not followed my postings about this $100, I received an email invite from Fusion Cash about three months ago. I almost never qualify but always attempt. I qualified and got 50 cents for a very short survey. But I also got an invitation to a one hour phone interview that would pay me $100 in about 6 weeks.

A couple of days later, I did the phone interview. About 4 weeks later, I received $20 with very little explanation. I assumed that the client had not been happy with my phone interview but compensated me for $20 nevertheless and I was satisfied.

Then exactly two weeks ago today, Fusion Cash sent me a notification that my account was credited $100 for the phone interview. I was ecstatic but confused about the $20 that I had already received.  I went to my account and was shocked to see that it had been restricted due to a security issue.

I opened.a support ticket but never heard back until today when the restriction was lifted. There has been no explanation. The $100 is not in my account and because I was restricted for two full weeks, I probably will not be able to cash out this month as I normally would. I am a 73 year old low income female without family. The money that I earn on sites like Fusion Cash allows me to have a better quality of life and keeps me involved and active.

I have been with Fusion Cash 10 years and feel let down at how I have been treated.

I was restricted for two weeks on Swagbucks for some reason but it got lifted last week and now I'm close to their $25 cashout now....weird... :-X

Well, I did some research about being restricted on Fusion Cash and came across some postings from other persons about being restricted on Swagbucks.

So, what happened? Were you informed that your Swagbucks account had been disabled as Swagbucks calls it or did you discover when you attempted to log in? Did you contact support or just sit it out until you could access your account again.Did Swagbucks ever tell you why your account was disabled?

Yikes! Thats totally insane, I'm sorry to hear that. Did you legit complete that survey for the $100? Or do you think it was  just a spamy type link you had clicked on?

If you will go to Reply #5, I wrote out what occurred in some detail. I do not believe anything was spammy. I think that it was all for real. I have never been offered an explanation as to why my account was restricted. All I can think of is that the $100 credited to my account was a mistake and the high amount triggered the restriction automatically.

Thank you. I am glad for this forum. I was able to work on other sites and make up any monies that I usually earn on Fusion Cash but there is nothing like this forum. No other earn money site offers a forum like Fusion Cash.

Do you still have the email from FC about the $100 that was supposedly credited to you? I would open another ticket, refer to the email and ask where the money is.

Yes, I still have the email. I am thinking about doing just what you have suggested. I may not get the $100 but I would like to know why I got the email crediting my account and what happened to the money.

I could still get on, just disabled Gold Surveys....said inconsistent answers....been a member there 3 yrs and even got a 1099 from them once.

Couldn't make squat while that was disabled...going there later to cash out $25.

Bostonphil, bless your heart!  This is the first I'd seen about your drama!  Oh, my goodness, that must have made you feel so disheartened.  I know that you have been a good, loyal member here, and I'm glad it was resolved with a (somewhat) happy ending for you.  I would not have expected any less from FC.  They always seem to be caring and just to their members.  Something strange must have been going on for that to happen.  I'm glad you are back.

Well, I am wondering if the phone interview that I did was for real or if the email that I got crediting my account for $100 was in actuality a fake. No one else on Fusion Cash seems to have been invited to participate in the phone interview.

Unfortunately because of the two week restriction, I will not be able to cash out this month as I had expected to do before my account was restricted. I think I can still get in my 30 posts.

Another site I use, where I actually earn more, did a similar thing to me. Not the whole site but a major earning portion. I asked them over and over and they could never give me an answer what I did wrong to revoke my earnings, I would just get a form email they send everyone else. At that point I had earned $14 on the overall site and they took away $13 and would never tell me why..

I am also glad to be back but may not be able to earn enough to cash out this month because of the two week restriction.  I am at $21 right now. The two week restriction really hurt. I did get my 30 posts in however.

I would imagine that the phone call might very well have been fake.  You just never can be sure if a phone call like that is the real deal.  I'm just amazed at the number of people trying to take advantage of the unsuspecting!  I do most anything to avoid talking to telemarketers/strangers on the phone, so I've been spared some of that type of drama, but I've been taken advantage of in other ways.  A couple of years ago, we bought fireworks at one of those tents that pop up all over town right before the Fourth of July.  The next thing we knew, someone was using our credit card number to make purchases.  Thankfully the credit card company caught the suspicious activity and was able to alert us.  You can't be too careful.

I am glad to be back and I especially missed The Forum. I never make a lot of money on Fusion Cash and can make similar money on my other sites but there is nothing like the Fusion Cash Forum. No other site offers a forum like FC.

Because of the two-week restriction, I was not able to cash out in July but will almost certainly be able to this month, August.  :)

I was never given any explanation for the restriction and also never got the $100.00. or I would have been able to cash out. I assume that the problem had to do with the one hour phone interview and the $100 sent me for the interview.  ???

it is good to have you back on. I have been asked in the past about doing phone interviews but I refuse. I do complete the invoke live chats that are about 90 minutes long and pays very well :)

So what is Invoke Live Chats?  Ninety minutes is a long time for a live chat. I would still consider a phone interview but I continue to wonder if the one that I did was a fake. The researcher sounded very genuine and the entire interview sounded up and up.
