My favorite kind of alcohol is captain morgans (rum)

Vodka's the most useful, I think - it can mix with anything, plus it's great solo if you can snag a high-quality one.
My 'trademark' mixed drinks are midori sours, and jack and cokes.
If you like Captain's, try Sailor Jerry. The flavour's a bit better, and it's a few dollars less.

Sam Adams Boston Lager.
It's beer, but there is a huge difference between Lagers and Pilsners.
Pilsners are light colored beers similar to Bud Light.
While lagers are thicker and darker, closer to ale.

Semi-sweet wine would be mine. Nothing like a glass of wine with an Italian dinner or even with fish.
Actually, wine is the only alcohol I'll drink. I can't stand the smell of beer, and hard liquors just have very little appeal to me.

i used to be quite a drinker and would pretty much drink whatever was given to me, with my preferred liquor being captain morgan's parrot bay, straight and ice cold. then about 4 years ago i drastically cut down on my drinking so now i can't stand hard liquor. so now when i drink, which is very rare, i like a glass of white zin, or a nice fruity wine. i also like corona light or miller chill if we're grilling meat and even then i only have 1 or 2 bottles. and, very rarely, i'll have a mixed drink that my husband and i call "the schmoopie." its the juice of one lime, about 8 shakes of salt, a shot of sauza tequila blanco, and a cherry 7up. so good!

I do not drink any longer but my favorite was Black Velvet and coke............stopped drinking in 1980 when we lost a family member to a drunk driver...........it just made me bitter to drinking.
