Would you drink it or would you buy bottled water. I drink both.
-
Usually just tap water unless I am out and forgot my water bottle.
-
No I drink bottled water. The only time I use tap water is when I make tea then heat it but I don't drink it straight from the faucet.
-
Heck NO! You cannot drink our tap water.
-
I drink both tap and bottled water.
-
I drink bottled water but often cook with tap water.
-
Love tap water chilled in the Fridge.
-
I drink tap water all the time. I'll never understand why bottled water is supposed to be so much better. I guess if it's been refrigerated and over ice, it will taste good but it's not something I'll go out of my way for.
-

So a church I use to go to there was a couple snotty women going all ballistic because they wanted bottled water there. I told them that they couldn't tell the difference in a taste test Oh yes they could.
SO.... I have two samples of water. They taste both and swear the one is way better than the other. Sample A it is def the bottle water because it doesn't taste like minerals and a bunch of other non sense. They sure were P****ed when I told them both samples were from the tap.
Now that was funny!

It could depend on the water. Some people who have wells have Sulphur water and you can't drink that. But general city or county water is fine. Some people have weak minds and you can convince them of anything.
-
We don't drink our tap water and haven't for years. We've gotten too many reports in the mail about poor water quality in our town. We do cook with the tap water.
-
In my house only bottled water, but when I am out in a restaurant for instance, I am sure the water is probably tap.
-
I drink tap water at home but have to put a lot of ice in it. Now I won't drink the tap water at my dad's house as it has way to many minerals in it and taste awful. It is well water and not a real dep well at that, they drink bottled water after years of me getting on to him about it. When I lived in the South East part of the state we had well water that tested out at 99.8 pure. But it was real deep well, which tested out purer then bottled water. Oh how good it was. And I sure miss it and our friends.
-
I don 't drink tap water unless I have a filter on the spigot. I've been doing that for years.
-
I drink Tap water all the time...I've had bottled but I don't taste any difference. 8) 8)
-
Only when brushing my teeth, or taking my vitamins.
I drink it in coffee and iced green tea, but not straight.
Have always hated tap water
:rose:

I drink our city tap water straight from the faucet. From home and from work. When we lived out in the country I only drank bottled water though. The water stank nasty... when I boiled my eggs it would turn the shells a shade of orange. Grosses water and well set up you could imagine. I wouldn't even cook with the stuff. Another time I had well water we had a filteration device installed on the water softener... a company had to deliver jugs of hydrogen peroxide every other month or so. Love me some city water. It's tested regularly and tastes fine to me.
-
We have a reverse osmosis filtration system so that we don't have to drink our tap water. When I eat out, I ask for a slice of lemon for my water.
I grew up on well water on the farm and even drank water from the garden hose.
-
There's barely any difference, and if I remember correctly, studies have shown that people actually prefer tap water....
-
Our water passes the state labs. but really don't taste good. you can cook with it bath with. your choice. I have to be very thirsty. No wonder I rather drink milk or soda or the can veg or fruit water when I was young, parents never bought water that was unthinkable.
-
I drink both. We buy bottled water but I always refill the bottles to save money.
-
Boy, that really depends on the area of the country you are in, whether you have city water or a private well, and what's in your water and how it is treated. I drink and cook with bottled water. I live near, but not in, Flint, MI. Unless you have been living under a rock, you must have heard of the problem there. However, I have a private well. The problem is I have a very high arsenic content. In order to treat it I have to get a reverse osmosis system which I have not done yet because I may or may not move in the next several years. If you have a private well, you need to have it tested probably every 3-5 years!
-
Yes! i love tap water.... as long as it isn't from Flint, MI
-
At home I use a water filter pitcher. I generally only take bottle water with me when I'm heading out the door.
-
Drink it all the time...reuse bottles and stick them in freezer til slushy...
-
I used to drink tap water in the midwest. I would take my powerade bottles and fill them up with tap water and put it in the fridge. it was cold and good :)
-
I think the tap is okay where I live, but I would prefer not to drink it unless I had no other option. Water that comes through our fridge filter is fine.
-
I only drink bottled water or purified. Haven't drank water straight from tap since I was a child.
-
I always drink cool and cold water
-
No I do not drink tap water. I buy bottle water and drink purified water. I like to drink clear tasting water.
-
We have well water and get it tested every other year. We drink both well and bottled water.
-
I am not a fan of tap water. The water in my area has too much chlorine in it. The only way I can drink it is with ice and it has to be very cold.
-
We don't drink tap water. I have a Brita pitcher which we fill up and use that but most times we drink bottled water. Just our preference.
-
I don't drink tap water. I usually just drink the water that my fridge dispenses because it is filtered.
-
I cannot stand tap water and always have bottled water and it has to be very cold too.
-
No, it tastes :bad: !
-
at home i drink my filtered tap water. I only drink bottled water at places where they hand them out.
-
Our tap water is not fit to drink regularly. We get a notice on the back of our water bill about every other month stating the water quality test taken three months prior violated the allowable limits of certain contaminates. This has been going on for years. I don't know how the state allows it to continue.
-
i bath and wash in tap water drink filtered not plastic bottles
-
No, I do not like tap water at all. We have a well and it is the best tasting water that you will ever find. When I go to Restaurants, I order water to save money and it is the most awful tasting water. I add Lemons and Sweet N Low to make Lemonade and it tastes so much better that way. :monkey:
-
No, I didn't like the taste of tap water then I found out, more than half of all bottled water comes from the tap so I put a water filter on the faucet and once I put it in the refrigerator to get cold, I can drink it.
-
I'm lucky I live in a place i have a well and the water is great.
-
Tap water: Drink it at your own risk.
-
I drink both, when away from home I'll drink bottle.
-
I have well water and it is the best. I don't like tap water if it is city water. I can always taste the chlorine in it and it is nasty. I never ask for water when we go out to eat or anywhere else.
Bottled water doesn't taste as good as my well water, but I will buy it if I'm out and have nothing with me to drink.
-
I only drink tap water if I drink it at all. I've ready many articles about how bad bottled water is for you and I don't really like water anyway. Our water is well water so it's perfectly fine. My granddaughter visited this summer from AZ and they don't drink their water unless it's filtered so she had a fit about drinking it right from the faucet when she was here.
-
 :glasses-nerdy: :silly: I would drink the tap water and I would buy the bottled water. It depends where I'm at. Tap water's good at home, while bottle water's good while being out and about.
:silly:
-
If I dont have bottles on hand I have no problem drinking tap.
-
my tap water is filtered so I drink tap water most of the time.
-
Yuck! No way, although the floride is good for you, I have hard water so it tastes weird to me. I will stick with bottle water, Smart water is the best water out there without any toxic poisons and such.
-
I try to only drink filtered water if possible.
-
I don't like tap water. To me it has too much chlorine in it and it tastes funny. I prefer bottled water or filtered water. If it was available I would rather have well water like my grandparents use to have.
-
We are lucky to have good tasting tap water in my area, so that it what I drink about 95% of the time that I drink water (which is probably 90% of what I drink in terms of overall beverage choices). I do drink it through a pitcher filter or through our refrigerator filter, but it is still tap water.
-
I buy bottled or filtered through my frig.
-
 :glasses-nerdy: :silly: I would drink the tap water and I would buy the bottled water. It depends where I'm at. Tap water's good at home, while bottle water's good while being out and about.
:silly:
Agree. I drink whatever is convenient.
-
Sometimes I drink tap water, but mostly I drink bottled water.
-
Naw, I stay away from tap water whenever possible. But, sometimes you get it in restaurants and so forth and I may drink it from there.
-
I filter all the drinking water that comes out of the tap.
-
Only use tap water to bath in. I only drink filtered or spring
-
At home we drink filtered water and take bottled when we go out.
-
I grew up drinking tap water, but a few years ago, when everyone switched to bottled water, I did the same. Our tap water tastes fine to me, but I've been conditioned to believe that it is not as good as bottled water. A couple of years ago, I bought a little portable water filter that filters one cup at a time. It's super convenient to take on trips and as long as I have a container, I can refill it with my filter and I never have to buy a bottle of water. (I just have to buy new filters every few months.)
-
Some is better than others. I have no problem with mine.
-
I never drink tap water it makes me sick so I purchased a water cooler like in doctor office and have jugs ndelivered
-
If I am at home, I don't mind drinking from the tap but if I am in a city that I am not sure about the quality of the water, I drink bottled water
-
I normally drink bottled water and use my tap water for cooking and bathing. :) :) :) :)
-
The tap water where I live tastes too funny. But generally I prefer tap water to bottled water. It's just as good.
-
I drink my water out of the tap. Have a good day.
-
I only drink bottle water. I use tap water to cook with or to make tea or any other hot beverages but I do not drink tap water. It makes me quinge when I see people drink tap water.
-
Ehhh, I prefer bottled water but I also like free things...so I will get over it haha
-
I do drink tap water but it must have a water filter, otherwise-NO.
-
Under no circumstances would I drink tap water. Chlorine gas has been used in warfare. So no, I will not drink water that has something toxic like that in it. And that's not all that's in it.
-
It depends on where I'm at. If it tastes good, then I'm fine with it. I try to remember the restaurants where it's not good.
-
YES! I love tap water- I will drink whatever!
-
I drink water right out of the tap when I am home but if I am out and about I will buy a bottle of water.
-
no
-
I keep tap water in my fridge, I have two milk jugs of tap water, when we drink one empty, I just move the cold one in front of the one that I just refilled, so I like having cold tap water in the fridge.
-
Our tap water tastes nasty. I don't remember it tasting as bad as it does now when I was a kid! I use a Brita Pitcher.
-
I saw a water supply engineer on TV the other day and she said no amount of lead whatsoever is safe, either for kids or for adults. She recommended not drinking tap water ever from any tap in the USA and to only drink bottled water. Just to be on the safe side I am following her advice.
-
The tap water over here is not good at all. We have to filter the water out.
-
botlles of water is healthy for you ;)
-
Would you drink it or would you buy bottled water. I drink both.
In a blind taste test I guarantee you would not be able to successfully label which waters came from tap or from a bottle.
-
I do not pay for water. We have a well and our water is good. I would not buy bottled water anyway. I've read how bad it actually is for you. If I didn't have a well, I might filter my water but would not buy bottled water.
-
Its not that i dont drink tap water, but for the last few yrs i have subscribed to Ready Fresh and get their 5 gallon jugs and they provide the rented dispenser. They have a lot of good refreshments and they deliver them to your door.
-
I drink filtered water.
-
Yes, I do like tap water.
-
No way, tap water by me is hard water and tastes bitter. Bottled water all the way. :)
-
We drink tap water from our well. Love the taste. Quenches our thirst, too, not like bottled water. i usually keep mine in the fridge, although in the winter, our tap water is colder than what is in the fridge. We get our water tested all the time and it is hard which makes for a good taste.
-
Not in the area where I live.
-
I love water chilled, be it tap or bottled.
-
I don't like tap water I rather drink bottle water
-
I normally drink tap water at home...the water at work is filtered though.
-
I prefer to drink bottled water for the time being...
-
I like tap water just fine, but I will drink more water if I drink it from a bottle.
-
I try to drink filtered bottled water if possible.
-
yep, saves money and has fluoride over bottled. Good for the teeth
-
Hard water comes out of the tap over here so you can taste the minerals. It needs to be filtered. Mostly we do get bottled water.
-
I don't trust the tap water here, so I got a filter. Sometimes I'll drink out of water bottles.
-
bottled water
