I must admit, I love my survey time because I love giving my opinions on various topics. I plan on doing surveys from around 4pm-8pm tonight, with no breaks. Anyone else with me doing surveys for hours at a time? (I know some of you hate the surveys, and if I'm in a bad mood, I sometimes do too. I just thought it would be fun to see if anyone else is doing a survey marathon right now.)

Update: I made $7 today doing surveys alone. Looks like I can afford to buy lunch tomorrow!!! LOL

I think I'm mildly addicted at times myself. Although I don't think I could work 4 hours straight as you mention. I do, though, stay regular in my survey activity. :)
Congrats on your earnings. Enjoy your lunch.

I like the surveys but I do not qualify for very many due to my demographics. I am on several sites however and between them all I probably complete and get credit for several in a 8 to 10 hour day. I do not do survey marathons and after two or so, I do something else.
I hate completing a survey, submitting and getting a "sorry but ..." or getting a thank you / congratulations and no credit.

I'm in a wheelchair and spend alot of time sitting 9n the couch doing surveys. On my pc can put on youtube and still do surveys. Like the quiet most of the time though.

Well, not for hours, need a break but do them regularly.

Sometimes I try to complete several surveys in one sitting but I have never tried for 4 hours. I do however log in daily and sometimes multiple times per day.

I don't have the free time to be addicted to surveys. Even when I do, I prefer to spend my time doing something else after I have completed a few or was disqualified from the shorter surveys.
-
I usually do them from about 6 PM to 10 PM when I am watching TV and dinner is all cleanup and house is straightened up. This is usually my "ME TIME"
-
Yay! I'm not the only one. It's me time for me too.

I love to do surveys. Problem is that for ten days now I have had ZERO available. And so far no response to my support ticket asking why, because it seems to be isolated :(

Sometimes I feel like I'm doing a survey marathon, but not on purpose! I just keep trying and trying until I find one that credits. This month I'm really trying to get $1 a day, and surveys make up most of that. I don't qualify for many, so I answer numerous questions just trying to find one that will work. If I've been answering questions steadily for close to an hour, I get that brain overload feeling and have to do something else. But I'm usually raring to go again after a break.

Usually I try to do surveys for about two and a half hours at a time and then take a break , but if a survey is longer than I expected at the end of that time , it can veer closer to 3 or 4 hours, so it depends on the survey you are doing towards the end of your "marathon" haha

Yea, it is rather addicting. I made over $9.50 this morning before breakfast (over several sites).
Funny story on a semi-related note... I helped an uncle get started doing surveys online about a year ago when he was having trouble finding a job. While he had very limited computer skills, he soon because my #1 referral on the site that I started him on. A year later, he has earned over $235 on that site.
Here's the funny part. I went to an aunt's home last week to fix a drippy faucet and she tells me that my uncle's wife had called her to complain about him spending so much time taking surveys... and my aunt said she agreed and wanted to know if I could talk to him and tell him it's not worth it!
I said I certainly would not and asked what his wife wanted him to be doing instead, sitting in front of the TV with her??? (Keep in mind that his wife hasn't worked in a decade and that she has a history of calling the family to complain that they never have any money!)
Some people.... I just don't get them!

If it wasn't for this opportunity, I wouldn't be making any extra cash. Seems like nobody wants to hire a 64 year old with all kinds of work experience so I guess I will just stay home and do surveys in the privacy of my own home ;D

I am with ya

I would not mind doing them but, I rarely qualify for anything so they frustrate me more than anything.

Each month is a challenge for me to pass the previous month amount.
