Title: Who remembers paid to call
Post by: metsrock69 on September 02, 2018, 04:00:18 pm: When I first started in 2012, they had a feature that was at the top of the page that was called paid to call. You would call different companies and keep them on the phone for so many minutes and get credit. I actually signed up for a good deal one time and got credit for calling. :)

Maybe others felt as I do and that's why they're a thing of the past now. :-\

Post by: mcornwell on September 08, 2018, 11:26:46 pm: I remember Paid To Call but I never did it.One of the rules for this offer was that we were supposed to have a legitimate interest in the companies we were calling,which I didn't.I also had concerns about whether the companies participating in the offer would collect and sell my phone number,and I would be flooded with more junk phone calls than I already get.

Post by: braggin on September 10, 2018, 08:06:15 am: I never did the Paid to Calls either because I was afraid they would have caller ID, capture my telephone number and then sell it to telemarketers who would bombard me with calls. I don't miss this feature on FC at all.

Post by: teresa3200 on September 11, 2018, 05:04:30 am: I remember those but never completed them. I was always afraid of getting endless solicitation calls. Although I still get endless solicitation and fraudulent calls everyday anyways.
