My son had today off work so we had what I would consider "Sunday" breakfast oh my he made me grits,country ham, biscuits with butter and jelly and eggs. Wow it was awesome. Hope you had a great breakfast as well.

I just had a bagel and cream cheese. Haven't had much of an appetite with my anxiety of late, but that may not be a bad thing since I'm a bit overweight these days.

i had my normal water and diet mountain dew which i drink thru out the morning

I just had a nice big bowl of corn flakes with strawberries smothered in mile and a couple cups of coffee.

Cereal and a piece of cinnamon toast with a cup of tea. Yummy

Cereal and coffee. I am thing eggs and toast in the morning.

I usually do not eat Breakfast, but this Morning I had Coffee and Toast. It was nice to eat something in the Morning for a change. :)

Is it bad that I do not even remember. lol I can't remember if I just ate junk or finally scrambled an egg. It was a few hours ago.

I never eat breakfast. Last i ate breakfast was when I was about 10 years old

Coffee, delicious oat bread with coconut oil on it, and a bowl of cereal with black berries and almond, coconut milk.
Great way to start the day.
Plus I always play Scrabble online while I have that first cup of coffee and breakfast.
Lots of fun.

No breakfast today.....got up, showered, dressed and headed to work. Grabbed a sandwich for lunch.

I don't eat breakfast. It was a goal of mine to start for years because breakfast is coined the most vital meal of the day but I don't have an appetite until almost noon.

Sounds yummy! Corn flakes bring back childhood memories for me.

No breakfast for me today. I have a stress test scheduled early afternoon. It is going to be a long day for before I get any food. :(

Same as most days, a bowl of Cheerios in Almond Milk, half a banana and a few walnuts.

I usually don't eat breakfast but at a recent trip to Target I found a new item that they had just started to stock. It's Hot Pockets Breakfast. I bought the Applewood Bacon, Egg and Cheese and had it this morning. It's a great breakfast on the go. They also have Sausage, Egg and Cheese that I want to try next. Yum!!

My husband had a doctor appointment today for a followup. He stopped at Sonic and brought breakfast home. I had a bacon, egg and cheese croissant.

I usually have a plain donut in the toaster and a glass of juice. :glasses-nerdy:

Mushroom, peppers, onions all fried together - then scrambled an egg in it.

I had chipped beef, biscuits, and a scrambled egg.

I don't eat breakfast anymore. I just skip til lunch. Although I have always loved breakfast.

I am trying to stay healthy. I had an omlette. Although pancakes with lots of syrup would have been good.

I had a protein bar this morning waiting for cooler weather to start cooking breakfast again.

I have not eaten this morning. I am going to meet a bunch of lady for lunch so quess I will wait till then to eat. Have a great weekend.

Most of the times I do not eat breakfast but if I do its the same old same old, Bacon, Eggs and toast.

Store-brand cheerios with honey and almonds. I actually prefer it to the national brand!

Cereal with fruit, nuts, etc. and a cup of coffee w/cream and sugar.
I did ingest a handful of vitamins as well, if that counts for part of breakfast. :neutral:

Well its a Saturday, Sept. 8, and I cooked grits, eggs, turkey bacon, biscuits, sausage, and have to put cheese in my grits and eggs, had grape fruit spread for my bread. So now planning on cooking shrimp with potatoes and cheese, and cooking chicken in air fryer. Well my daughter will cook, lucky me. :thumbsup: :D :) ;)

Since I worked till 2 am last night breakfast was late today .. around noon. I had Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich. Yummy

Froot Loops. I accidentally bought the new kind where they put knockoff lucky charms marshmallows in it. It's not a very good taste combination :/

Sounds good, but that country ham is awful salty to eat like that! I use that kind of ham in a pot of green beans with some bacon grease.

Corned Beef Hash, hash browns, toast, poached egg...it was yummy!

I had some very yummy hash browns and a breakfast sandwich of bacon and egg on a hardroll with tea and honey and a glass of ice water with lemon all was good in my world this morning

I had a granola bar and some grapes. Some days I only get a cup of coffee....so today was a bonus.

I slept in today so will soon head downstairs. I plan on some cottage cheese and an apple.
I am painting the kitchen a second coat today so need to be quick and non messy about meals.

I had my usual: strawberry protein bar, cottage cheese with mandarin oranges, and herbal tea.

If I eat breakfast, it's a food bar and a glass of milk. Sometimes it's just a glass of milk so I can take my meds. I need something quick that I can eat on the go when I do grab breakfast.

I always do an Instant carnation for breakfast. It has all the nutrient and vitamins a person needs to start the day. Honestly my stomach won't let me eat too early or too late. I'll just throw up.

This morning I cooked biscuits, grits, sausage, and eggs, country fried steak.

This morning for breakfast I had Ezekiel toast with peanut butter and coffee. Healthy and so yummy good! :)

My son makes bacon, scrambled egss and 1/2 banana every day. Today his schedule got changed so he had to rush off to work and so when I got home from taking him to work I had coffee, peanut butter toast and the 1/2 banana. I enjoyed it for a change. Yum

I had a fresh pear and some coffee. Needed something light so I can paint second coat in kitchen before I go to work

Whoaaaa...I felt like something different so I went through the drive through at Starbucks. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, egg bites (which I never had before but have kept hearing they are really good) and a maple nut muffin. I'm thinking, "Yum!" Well, it WAS all very good. That's not even the issue. It all came to over $12.50! I guess I won't be doing that again any time soon.

The same thing I've had for breakfast for just about every morning for the past 4-5 years ~ Kroger's brown sugar & maple oatmeal.
