Do you wipe your nose on your sleeve? I have seen guys do this and it makes me cra cra >:(

Yes, I do it sometimes when I don't have a tissue or don't have some near by.

I've seen people do this and I cringe inside. But I've probably done this without realizing. LOL

It's not a regular behavior of mine.... but I must admit I've done this periodically in the morning when I run & it is freezing, my nose starts to run. I think it is just sinuses clearing out, but it is just water. Also had to do this climbing up the top of one of our mountains here in So Cal... it was so cold at the top. I cringe too when I had to do it, but what else is the option when you've got nothing else to use?
I do hand my kids a tissue when they did /do this.... not too often now as I think I broke their laziness of not getting a tissue.

I don't care if it's guys, gals or kids, noses are not to be wiped on sleeves. Carry tissues or go get one just don't do booger sleeves. :bad:
In answer to your question, to the very best of my knowledge, I do not wipe my nose on my sleeve. :)

I do it sometimes. The rest of the time I use a tissue

Now that is gross, I don't wipe my nose on my sleeves, nasty, but little kids do it, have seen my cousin do it.

I would MUCH rather see them wipe their nose on their sleeve then the men, and occasionally women who blow a snot rocket

i wish i had a tissue sometimes but i end up using my hand and i know its gross but usually i dont know else to do.

No, never ever ever. I have tissues with me at all times. I have sinus troubles all the time and I try to be prepared. I guess if it was like an end of the world thing maybe but never unless I absolutely had too. :thumbsup:

You can find worse stuff than that if you just look for it. When I was in China in the late 1990's the men were spitting on
the ground in public places which I found disgusting. However, the Chinese government made an effort to shut this behavior down because visitors in general didn't like it and they wanted more tourism. I don't know what the result of that effort was, though.

I haven't met a person yet who doesn't have at least one bad habit (not necessarily a disgusting or physical habit), but if wiping a nose on a sleeve is the worst bad habit you have, I'd say you're ahead of the curve!

I learned to do that from my grandfather 60 years ago and it works fine, then if I get a little on my hands I wipe it on the inside of my pants pocket where it doesn't show.

I am sure I have during the rare times I don't have a tissue on hand or can get to one quickly enough; however I would say that is rarely; since I try to always have tissue in my purse or pocket.

I wasn't apposed to doing that when playing baseball and I might do that while working. I work construction and I'm talking about possibly doing that when I'm already real dirty. And it's not like blowing your nose on your sleeve. You blow it on the ground and wipe off the tiny bit of moisture left on your sleeve.

Ok I am soooooooo glad I wasn't eating breakfast when I read some of these LOL..I am constantly telling my BF to get a Kleenex because this is what he does often and it is gross YUCK!!....thanks evenyone

I've done it only if my nose itches. Otherwise I get a tissue.

I used tissue to wipe my nose, never on my clothes... that's just gross :confused1:

I did it back in middle school :'( I somewhat had no choice due to my anxiety kicking in from time to time.

If I was outside running around or something, probably, since I would be sweaty and dirty already.....otherwise, try no to...lol
