What kind of exercise do you do to stay in shape

i chase after my daughter!

I ride my bike [weather permitting], and I bought one of those inflatable exercise *bleep*. They seriously do work - you'll be sore the next day!

I go to the gym every day. I alternate between the bike, treadmill and elliptical. I also dance. Yesterday I went on a 5 hour walk with my boyfriend. We picked up hickory nuts together! It was fun. Then we ended the day with a workout in the gym.

I fitness walk 5 days a week for an hour and work out with some weight training thrown in.
-
I walk on the treadmill every day. I haven't worked up to running yet! :)

i try to go to the gym and swim with my husband and son in the pool.

I try & go running at least every other day. Take the dog for walks, & I go hiking a few times a month.
-
I try to run at least twice a week and do one of the workout games on my Wii at least 3 days a week, I should have enough time to run 3 days a week but I always talk myself out of 1 day.

I get on the exercise bike every morning before waking my kids up for school. Then I do it again before going to bed.

I gained about 40 (OMG) pounds since I got laid off...about a month ago I started walking with my family every day, and alternating between yoga, aerobics, and Bowflex. I also go for a run every night. Im starting to see some results and its really relaxing to get out & run under the stars all by myself. Luckily I live in a really safe neighborhood. :)

I love soccer I can sit in front of the boob tube and watch SOCCER all weekend. During the week I coach a under-12 boys travel team and a girls under-16 travel team although I no longer play competitive soccer I do train with the local over 30 team just to stay fit.

I chase after my 2 year old daughter.

Run, at a minimum a 5k 3 times a week, lately I've been running 4.5 miles. Weight train every other day (chest/back/shoulders/abs one day bi/tri/abs the other). It's turned into a slight addiction.
