Title: Swollen sinus

Mine are swollen and I don't want to go to the Drs, any suggestions on what to do?...I cant tell if it's a cold or allergies ugh

Try a hot cloth over your sinuses......I just did that because mine are swollen    I get sinus infections a lot and I don't want to go to the doctors either. :-\

Maybe try Allegra D, a Neti Pot to cleanse out your nasal passages, Mucinex. Hope you feel better soon.

Maybe try covering your head over a pot of heated water or vaporizer? Or take a nice hot bath/shower?

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Take long showers or breathe in steam from a pot of warm water. Drinks lots of fluids. Place a warm, wet towel on your face.  Try using a humidifier or vaporizer.  Also you could try using a Neti pot, or nasal irrigator. Hope you feel better soon!

My nose is always congested at night. It drives me crazy. My humidifier works some but not much.

I am so sorry you are feeling bad and I hope you feel better soon most likely it's allergies or sinus I live in Kentucky and right now my sinuses are so swollen and agitated I don't think a stick of dynamite with help.I'm not sure if you have a neti pot but those things are great and they work might be something to check into before going to the doctor

    I agree with "judylucas" post: Go to the Dr! Why?
    I could be a nasal infection that needs to be treated with Rxs.
    Home remedies are only a temporary relief.
