Tap research isn't crediting this morning. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I just spent 10 minutes doing them, went to check my balance and nothing credited!

Ys I spent a good hour doing them and no credit. I am hoping its just a glitch that will be fixed. Has this ever happened before?

I've been having that problem for awhile now so I haven't been wasting my time trying. I've been having more luck with surveys lately, thank goodness.

I had crediting issues with Tap Research just now. I was on there for a while and received several disqualification bonuses that did not credit immediately. Fortunately, after a short delay, I received all the credits. I'm pretty sure a slight delay is the issue for most, if not all of us.

I just got on tonight. My Tap Research surveys had just a few minutes of delay from completion to crediting to my account. Totally within reason.

I stopped receiving credit (at least the disqualification bonuses) for a few weeks now. When I placed a trouble ticket with them, the Tap Research representative informed me that they stop issuing disqualification bonuses when you have been disqualified too many times. Unsure if it is a temporary thing or not, but it was where the majority of my daily earnings came from.

Same for me..I did pretty good on the surveys and was shocked when I didn't see the credit. They finally came through though...thank goodness

Well, running into the same issue today. I am not getting credit for Tap Research . I do get an error code 500 though on a good majority of what I attempted. got plenty of dq and completed a survey so there must be some glitch that needs resolved :(

I too am having the same issue with Tap Research. I just spent considerable time completing a survey with no credit for it or for the others I was disqualified from.

Maybe they're just slow today. Mine didn't credit either, but sometimes things are slow to credit.
And just think how long we've been waiting for Contests and Promotions to come back. Now there's a wait.

Having the same issue here - hopefully the "too many DQ's equals no payout" isn't reality, Tap are the only surveys I'm able to take. I will still continue to try them and hope the payouts come later.

I don't know if this is true or not, but it actually is what appeared to happen to me. Once I completed one, I started getting the DQ bonuses again. I could tell something was off because they weren't loading and displaying the usual way, until I got that complete. That was a couple weeks ago and they have been fine since. However, I worked on Tap today and have not yet received my DQ cents.

I'm having the same problem this afternoon. Yesterday everything credited. Today, not one is showing up in the credits posted or the clicked offers section. I guess I should stop doing them because I've already lost track of how many I've done so far today.

Oh dear. I've been doing great on the Tap DQ's but I just now completed a survey - a rather lengthy one and I'm waiting for the credit.
I gave it a good review as well. I wish I could put that good review on hold at least for the time being.
I think I"d rather go back to the DQ's. They have always been reliable for me.

I still have not gotten credit from yesterday in FusionCash. However, the Tap Research Rewards page is showing all the surveys as rewarded. That's an improvement from yesterday. Hopefully they can coordinate to get FusionCash to show them as Approved. I have two support tickets in, one with Tap Research and one with FusionCash. Hopefully after the holidays I'll get an answer.

Darn it, yes, my Tap stopped paying again too. Well I, too, show I'm getting a DQ bonus, but it's not showing in my FC account. So frustrating!! I can still make my 5 cents+ but I like doing a few Tap surveys too!! Oh well, Merry Christmas everyone and here's to a Wealthy New Year!!

The last day I got credited was the 20th of this month. But I have to say, I got a chuckle out of your comment about all of us sending a ticket just to be ignored haha!! I was going to send one, clicked on the reason of not being credited for an offer or something to that effect, and it took me to a knowledge base page where I could no longer finish the help ticket, so I just bagged it. I'm going to wait until after Christmas and see if it gets fixed. And reboot my laptop just to see if maybe it might be a problem on my end. Happy Holidays to you and everyone!!

I haven't gotten credit from them for the past 3 days. Getting annoying. I also did not get credit for the slideshow I did. I am already spending a lot of time on them for a measly penny so really frustrating when you don't even get that penny. :(

Yes, it is annoying :( Has anyone heard back from a help ticket on the subject of Tap Research surveys not crediting? I was really hoping that after Christmas it might start working right again. I rebooted my laptop, but that didn't help. Wonder if clearing temp files might?

I did not do a ticket, but have not been credited for quit a lot lately. I guess I will just not bother with them anymore.

I have a support ticket in and it's still showing Open with no reply. I'm thinking it might get read after the new year. Luckily I was able to do 5 slideshows to get the 5 cents needed for PTC.

Nope, I stopped doing them. No credit was given on several that I clicked on... Peanut Lab, same thing. All I do is FC surveys, and its been very low lately.... Not too many to do.

YES the problem is with FC. I got credited for TAP surveys on another site. So Fusion is the problem. I don't bother opening support tickets any longer. The last one I got an answer to the agent was smart mouthed and insulting. I have seen where others have said they received the same type of reply. If you do not want to deal with complaints, questions, or whatever then you do not need a job in customer service.

Could the problem be end of year stalemate? I have a bonus 600pts due on another site if I make my quota today or tomorrow and guess what? NO SURVEYS keeps coming up on all the listing surveys for the past few days.. I think after the new year things will get back to normal! Fingers crossed , that is!

Tap Research is crediting just fine on InstaGC.
Here, not only have I lost multiple DQs, but they owe me for a survey completed but never credited.

I started and completed a Tap survey yesterday and DID get the credits for both the survey and the disqual credits..but that was yesterday, not so today!! No survey qualified me and no disqual credits appeared!! I think once you complete a survey, you then get the 1¢ disqual for awhile, then it quits until you COMPLETE another survey, new? Just the past three weeks ??

I haven't successfully completed a survey on Tap Research in a while, so I cannot comment on the lack of credit as everyone else here has. However, I haven't received any disqualification bonuses for a few months now.

Worked a little on Tap surveys today and they are acting up again, however I checked and I did the DQ bonuses, even though it was showing "null" after the attempted survey. Glad of that, but for me they weren't loading like they usually do.

I'm not again either. It started back up, when admin for FC got it back on track, but the 15th is the last day it worked. Guess I'll try a help ticket again. I sent a ticket on the Tap page, but that was 3 days ago and it's not fixed. :(

I have not even done anything else other than tap. I can sit all day and earn cash. You dont have to go thru 25 screens and you answer a few questions. I am loving it! :in-love:

Yah, it's great when it works! But not so much when it doesn't. I think I'm gonna try deleting my cookies and reboot my laptop and see if that helps, but I doubt it will. I'm not having problems really anywhere else. :-\

The DQ bonuses just started working for me the other day and boy am I glad. I'm making the 5 PTC cents easily again. Without them, it's those time-consuming slideshows that are iffy at best.
I hope Tap keeps the DQ bonuses coming. They're the best with those and the surveys they route to.

It came back after FC admin worked on it and then for me, it stopped after a few days again. But apparently this has happened to only a few of us. I submitted another help ticket so will have to wait and see what comes from that.

I finally got to complete and get credit for a TAP! But then after 10 disqual's it started not crediting the penny! AND this was on another site, not FC !! Go figure! They won't open on this site for me!

:( So apparently Tap has changed their rules. I sent them a help ticket (again) and finally got a response: "Thank you for reaching out. If you've taken multiple disqualifications in a short time, you will start to see less of those small credits being applied to your account, which looks to be the case here. We have recently released a few new changes." What a bummer :(

Now this makes sense. ok, they changed the rule so we wont get a penny either. that's sad.
Anyways, Tap will credit if you complete the survey at least. Good for us then.

That's great Ebony! However, some of us have been doing them for a long time, and apparently after so long, you won't get the penny DQ anymore. However, I can't even get any to load now now, they say I'm using an anonymous proxy or VPN, which I"m not. I think I might try messaging them again. Very good luck to all still getting paid by them!

Yep Tap is acting up again. Even though I qualified for PTC this morning, I was unable to do it because I had not received the credit due. Now I notice I am not getting credit today. This is getting old and very difficult to try to keep up with it

Tap won't load on my Windows PC anymore but will on my android tablet....did like 12 of them on android tab last night and only got dq credit for 2 of them... :( :turkey:

Well, I don't know if this applies to any of you, but I messaged Tap Surveys about not getting credit for DQ's and also because they say I'm showing I'm behind an anonymous proxy, which I don't even know what the heck that means, but anyway, they messaged me back and said that they have changed how they do things and after so many DQ bonuses without a complete, you won't get any DQ bonuses at all. Which was what they were showing was the case for me. I'm very unhappy about it, but since I can't even get them to load anymore, I guess there's nothing I can do. :(

Can you turn off your proxy server? My internet will not connect if I use a proxy. But maybe yours won't connect without one. Just a thought.

This happened a couple months ago and TAP said it was good on their end and FC finally caught up after 3-4 days..Hopefully this happens again as I have a lot of credit coming..Still eliminates a couple PTC days though..

Yes did a survey on Feb 2oth for 25 cents no credit. Will try again tomorrow. Not that much money but hate wasting 20 minutes could be doing something else.

I usually spend my time on Tap Research because its has been the one place I can earn money the easiest. Does anyone know why they are not crediting? I do not have any luck with FC surveys for the most part and I feel like I may be wasting my time on Tap. I cant even keep track anymore on how much I should get credited for

So, after all the things that have changed in the past year, I'm actually pretty upset about Tap not crediting anything right now. No completion compensation or DQ bonus. I thought everyone was just getting upset about every now and then not getting credit which does happen. BUT after being on Tap for a bit tonight and not getting a single penny....very disappointing.

I am still attempting Tap surveys and making a record of DQ'd cents earned according to Tap's notifications as well as any surveys completed. This situation has grown so distressing to FC members now as Tap surveys are heavily favored on this site; I feel the same way about it. I can't help but know this may be a relationship issue between FC and Tap Research. It happened in the same abrupt way late in December. I could understand a delay in clearing it up during the holiday period, but now?

I got the sorry you are not at your location message a while back when I clicked on Tap unfortunately I couldn't access it enough to even send them a support ticket. I just forgot about tap until I had trouble with Top Coupon not crediting a day or 2 and tried it and it was all back to normal. I assumed it had to do with charter/spectrum internet.
I had several dq's the other day that have not credit, I had hoped the would eventually.

When you submit a ticket with FC about Tap not crediting, be sure to check your Tap account and give FC a full accounting of what hasn't credited.
On the TAP page click on the little person in the upper right corner, then click on the REWARDS tab. I tshows all of your earned credits by date.

Thanks for the information. It's a good idea to tally up your Tap surveys completed and DQ'd while we're held in suspense about this non-crediting issue by Tap. I have continued to work them and have completed some surveys. Naturally, very anxious to see this get resolved and our credits paid into our accounts. I'm beginning to believe someone is asleep at the wheel.

I sent a support ticket to Fusion Cash about Tap not crediting, still waiting on a response. A couple of months ago, they were not crediting and I sent a ticket in. Not too long after they credited me. You do lose track on the amount you're suppose to be credited unless you write it down.
