What is up with the Daily Email? I have not received it for over 2 weeks, contacted Support and was told it is being sent each day to my email, but it isn't there. I have made sure all my email updates are turned on. I have never had this problem before! However, I did have the problem about 3 weeks ago when i couldn't access surveys for awhile. I've never had that issue before either. What's going on with Fusion?

Your question should be what's going on with your computer? Fusioncash is working fine for most of us.

Have you checked your spam folder, sometimes daily emails land there. Otherwise, just sign back up again under repeatable daily.

Your question should be what's going on with your computer? Fusioncash is working fine for most of us.

Nothing is going on with my computer! It's working just fine on my two other sites. And I'm not the only one who had a problem with surveys several weeks ago. Others were on the forum complaining about the survey issue also!

Thanks, Bertha! I have checked my spam folder several times and also tried re-signing up for the Daily Email several times. I guess I will try one more time and then contact Support again. I appreciate the constructive suggestions.

Sometimes you have to o back in and sign up then you will get them again.

As others have said, it just happens. You will find posts if you go back thru old posts from others. Just signup again. I had to re-signup with a different e-mail address as my provider blocked e-mail from fusion cash (so going into a "spam" folder wasn't an issue it never made it to my account, yet all the *bleep* ads do smh)

I would first check to make sure it is not going to your spam folder. Also, I know some people sometimes have to sign up to receive the e mail again. I have not had any issues receiving the daily e mail myself.

if signing up again or checking your spam folder doesn't solve it, I'd contact your ISP and see if there is a problem there... I'm having no problem getting them.. you could also try having them sent to a different e-mail and see if that helps

Why don't you download another browser and try again? Like Firefox or Chrome. It could be that your browser is acting up. If you have Internet Explorer like I do, you may find it doesn't always work with FC.

I have same issue for about two weeks. dont have a spam folder either. tried resigning under accounts and no go. Maybe have to try a different email

Maybe it is going into your Spam. I hate when stuff like that happens though. It just ruins your day.

You do have a SPAM folder. All e-mails have a SPAM folder. You cannot try a different email address. It will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You could always add FC to your address book.

Maybe it is going into your Spam. I hate when stuff like that happens though. It just ruins your day.
I am not going to let something as silly as that (2 pennies) ruin my day.

Mine used to go to my junk email, then they finally started putting it back in my email.

Hmmm that's very strange and I'm sorry, but I have no suggestions that haven't already been suggested. Is there any way to contact your email provider? That's the only thing I can think of. I hope you get it figured out. :)

Fortunately I have never had an issue with the daily email. Has anyone noticed we have new security codes to type in for PTC?

I get mine everyday. You might want to enter your email again to resign up

Check to see if your email is actually checked to be sent to your name mine for some reason was not for a a few weeks back in december
