For three months I've been trying to get FusionCash to allow me to cashout. They've asked me to fax them a copy of ID which I have and which they've acknowledged receiving. I've also emailed it to them several times. And yet I still can't cash out. I've filed a pair of complaints with the Better Business Bureau who apparently have no better success reaching an actual person at FC than I do. There are so many better options for earning but I'd like to get what's owed to me before I leave. Anyone have any advice?

There is nothing more that you can do but wait. You can post complaints on the internet but that is about it.
Other members have had problems trying to cash out for one reason or another. I think most of them eventually were able to cash out but it seems that it took a lot of time and frustration.
How much are you trying to cash out for?

Around $40. It's really frustrating as this has been going on for literally months. Tickets have been opened and closed as if the issue is resolved. Customer service for this site is really terrible. No wonder they choose to do business by fax.

I have never had that problem and I hope that I never do. I am so sorry to hear about your issue and I pray that all works out for you. FC has always been my favorite site and they have always helped me out. Again, I pray that you will receive your money.

I think that you have done all that you can do on your end. The BBB does not have authority to take any action. As I have said, you can post about this on many sites on the internet including the BBB.
I hope that you will keep us updated and I also hope that this will work out well for you.
Myself, I would stop working on FC until I got my money just in case you never do.
Why are you having to do this? There must be some reason that your account got flagged.
I have been with FC many years and, for some reason, my account was restricted for two weeks in June. if the restriction had not been lifted, I would have lost whatever money I had earned and not been able to do FC again. I was never told why this happened.

I am so sorry you are getting this run-a-round. Whenever newbies post in the forum, I almost always greet them with FC is a legit site, you won't get rich but you will get paid. I may stop doing that. I agree with bostonphil, I would not put any more work on this site till you get paid. I am also baffled that bostonphil's account was restricted for 2 weeks last summer and FC will not explain this to him??? It just seems FC is not what it used to be but then again a lot of Get-Paid-To sites have gone south in the last couple of years, sorry to say.

All of this info is very interesting. I have not had problems with this site but I have had it with others and it usually take quite a while to have it fixed or sometimes I just leave the site completely and start over later.

I'm not sure about other sites but on FC, you can only join once. If you cancel your membership here, you can't come back.

It's very clear at this point that they just don't want to pay me my money. They asked me to fax a copy of my ID which I did - twice. There are many sites with better opportunities and better support. FC doesn't respond to questions or complaints. Really terrible.

I, too, am baffled that my account was restricted. As you know, I have been on the site a long time and have been very active.
It seems that FC has changed a lot in the past two years as with most other GPT sites and not for the better. Most have gotten stricter and less friendly, helpful or caring. I think some of the problem lies with the clients.

The only thing further I can suggest is, don't bite the hand that feeds you, it only makes it worse. I assure you that when I obey all the terms and treat them nicely, they do answer problems with cash money and have been paying me for over 10 years.
