When I first joined FusionCash, there was an option when you cash out that you could donate a portion of your earnings to charity and FusionCash would match it. Personally I never took part in it, but recently an acquaintance of mine died from cancer and I was thinking about a small contribution to the American Cancer Society (I believe it was one of the charities).
Does anyone have an idea why this feature is no longer there and how long it has been removed?

I know exactly what you are talking about, but did not notice that it was no longer an option or when that change might have taken place.

It is a nice option!! Fry's has this 20 page contribution option on their loyalty cards, every purchase a percentage goes to the charity you designate and it's ongoing. March of Dimes, Lion's Club etc lots to choose from!!

I never noticed they got rid of it. That's a shame. It was nice to have that option.

You can still make the donation even if Fusion has removed that option

This is something I have never heard of but its very interesting.

I remember seeing the charity options the first time I cashed out in June of 2018. I do not recall seeing the charity option the second time I cashed out in November of 2018. So, I suppose it was removed any time between late June and late November of 2018.

I just read a post from 2010 that FC had 5 charities posted and that FC would match the amount you donated. Maybe that's the reason???
-
Sorry I cannot remember ever seeing that promotion when I joined FC....

Hmm when i joined up i saw the donate to charity but i never once remember seeing that fusioncash would match it but that probably changed before i joined in 2013
