TAP Research is going through changes and that may be the reason that we are not getting credited on this site.
I do TAP on another site and have been doing it regularly on this other site for months.
TAP is changing. They now have offers and sign ups besides surveys. The site looks the same but when you click on, you get a sign up for another survey site. Other times, you get a cluttered site that requires you to put in your email and make a purchase before your are credited.
There is no way to tell which sites are surveys for TAP and which are the others but I now can earn very little on TAP.
This may have something to do with the problems between FC and TAP.

This is insightful info, bostonphil. Thank you for pointing this out. Tap Research may be going through "growing pains" as a GPT site. As a long time FC member yourself, don't some of these offers and sign ups you are seeing on Tap's site seem to be a lot like what FC went through to grow its site (FC has been in business since May 2005)? I have only begun earning on GPT sites in the last three or so years, but I have professional experience with business life cycles. And GPT sites are "big dollar" businesses.

This is interesting to know. I turned in a ticket because I havent been credited for weeks. Was told they are working on the problem. Sure hope it returns to normal I love TAP!

Your credits are not lost, but we are investigating why some of them are not displaying within your FusionCash account. We appreciate your patience as we work with TapResearch through this issue. I will leave this ticket open until the issue is resolved.

This response is showing accountability from FC. A lot of members are continuing to receive this message and posting it from the support tickets they have submitted. Thanks to all members who are posting their responses here in the Forum. I have not submitted a ticket knowing there was a huge backlog of tickets and that I would just be adding to the pile up.

I am having a hard time getting my $15 to cash out.I have $27 now and need $7 to reach $15.I depend on Tap and the PTC.Im not happy.If i lose this money for being too low for so long i am done with FC trying to earn.

I do too, "not a problem" i get the credits in seconds ! i just believe its the best way to stop people form just doing that just to get the PTC none of the other DQ points count why should these ? Are the full ones that are being done giving credit ??

Are you getting sign ups and offers for other sites when you try to do TAP on your other site? I am. I am also getting offers to put in my email and purchase of something is required to get credit but I do not continue.
I have just sent an email to TAP support about this. I do not know if this is adware.

Well, I just sent TAP support an email about what I am getting when I click on their home page on another site. As said, I am getting lots of offers and sign up for other sites when I click on a TAP survey. I also am getting some pages that look like adware or a fake offer.
I will let you know what I get back from TAP.

I just sent TAP support an email about the pages that are coming up when I click on a survey on my other site. I am wondering if TAP or my computer has been hit by adware. Some of the pages coming up look suspicious and I am wondering if it is phishing.

No.... I used to get one that led to another survey site to sign up, but not recently.

Thank you so much for the information about Tap Research. I. also have submitted a Support Ticket and FC said they are working on it, but my Credits are not lost. Maybe it is because Tap is changing and that it what is affecting us with getting credit.

Are you actually in danger of your credits expiring? I usually am able to find a few tasks that will get me the daily 5¢ if I am not able to hit on any surveys or the daily coupons aren't crediting.
I agree that the Tap surveys used to be my "goto" activity to get the minimum daily, but until that gets fixed - I gotta look elsewhere.

I was never interested in the tasks but thanx for asking.It backs up my other topic i made awhile ago about i wish FC didnt have that $15 rule.Just let us earn $25 no matter how.

It's really good to hear from those of you who have some insight into what is going on with Tap Research. Thanks, also, to those who have submitted support tickets and have shared their responses with us. It helps to have these pieces of information. It would be awesome if TP could go back to the way it was, but if not, perhaps we'll get something as good or better. One can only hope!

Same here - it's been nearly a month. I've earned only about $6 in that time... likely I'll be leaving FC if they don't get it resolved. I do not get any other surveys and spending all day for a penny on the long videos is pretty pointless.

I having been doing the TAP surveys on the other sites I use and have not seen any changes at all. I have been getting credit even for the one that are DQ'd. Not sure what sites you have seen the changes but I have not seen anything different

I do the daily email, ptc and almost always can get my .05 off the video page (today it was .19 from coupons and hyprmx that was 1 click). There have been times a few weeks back when I couldn't get coupons to credit and I turned to Tap. I have been here thru some times when there was really nothing, I have never been close to having credits expire nor an issue with earning non-bonus. The key is to do Fusion Cash daily. I see why they made the requirement as someone could just post on the forum and do nothing else and they would be losing on that. The one change they should make is to allow the dq pennies to count. People can spend a lot of time trying to qualify and come away with nothing useful.

Appy,i got lazy for while and im about $4 short of the required $15 even tho i have $30 to cashout.I have about 2 weeks to get that $4 and with TR not crediting its been annoying.Id hate to lose my overall $30 for waiting so long to deal with this,but i didnt know TR was gonna go south either.

I still get credit for surveys I complete and those that DQ but I do not continue with the paid to sign up or the offers I have been getting. I close those. I opened a support ticket and was asked to take a screenshot but have not done that yet. The situation has improved but I still get offers? Are you getting only surveys when you attempt TAP on your other sites or are you also getting offers and sign ups?

I just went to TAP on another site and it worked as usual and DQ me as normal with the small credit. I didn't see anything unusual.

Yes, I seem to be getting adware or phishing. I am in touch with support and they are looking into it. Some of the surveys are genuine but others are questionable and I do not continue.

Yes, some members did and they got a response back. They also got one back from FC. There is some kind of problem between TAP and FC. They are looking into it.

Then until it is resolved they should either remove TAP from their site or disable it so people do not waste their time.

After searching through this Forum this is what I've found -- an FC member who contacted Tap got a one-time credit for their non-credited survey(s) completed (it was earlier when no one from Tap could have known how big the problem was and that it was affecting the entire FC site).
Later on, FC members who contacted Tap began receiving this reply below:
"Hi ____,
Thank you for reaching out! I am so sorry you're having this trouble. We are aware of the issue, and we're currently in the process of working on a resolution. I will let you know when I have an update.

Tap credits stopped displaying in FC members' accounts Feb. 15. I'm on FC daily and staying alert about the issue with fingers crossed.

Thank you seesawing for putting both replies from TAP and from FusionCash together.
I do hope TAP & FC will return to paying $.01 for DQ's; however, I can understand if TAP & FC decide not to. The companies who are paying for survey answers/data only want to pay for answers that they are searching for.

I have to get another $6 and some change before I can cash out, but the way things are going doesn't look like I'm gonna reach that, hate to loose the money I have, but oh well. No surveys working, no DQ's working either, nothing I click on works any more. Was getting some surveys on TR but they didn't credit it.
