Have anyone ever try to contact Fusion Support for help. I did with an offer that I did not get credit for and this was from about over 3 weeks, I did follow up a week after and to this very day not one reply, not even to say they will look into the matter.
Not sure if anyone have had the same or similar issue as myself. Just like why contact a support help center if they are not going to reply to your queries.

For whatever reasons, support has not been very supportive some of the time. Have no idea why this is happening but chances are you will not be getting credit for the offer that you took. I suggest you move on and do other offers and bonuses and videos.

I always get a response from a support ticket, some are quicker than others, but I realize that they have many to deal with probably on a daily basis so I try not to nag them. Have you checked your spam folder in your email box? Also, if you click on Get Help above (next to "My Account") and scroll down a bit, it will show you the status of any tickets you have submitted.

In the last 10 years I think I have contacted support 3 or 5 times and heard back every time with a positive answer, because I evaluate the question carefully before I submit it and usually decide it's not their problem in the first place.

Hi Can Anyone Help Me? I'm new to the site and this is my 2nd time cashing out I had no problem cashing out the first time but now it says because I made over $600 in a year that I need to enter my SS# which I really did not want to do but I put in a lot of work to make the money so I entered my SS# it still could not verify me and asked me to enter my drivers licence # so I did that as well... still it could not verify me Now it's telling me I need to fax verification :confused1: but it doesn't give me a fax number or any options to proceed further ??? and I don't have a fax machine and not sure what information it wants me to send? so I sent a support ticket in but got no response after waiting 3 weeks so I sent another ticket in and got a email saying they would respond in around 48 hours that was over a month ago no response any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry to hear your situation, but as i had mentioned there is no point contacting or having a support team if they will not reply or even offer an option or their opinion to our queries.
Did they mentioned to you any possible reason, when they state they will respond in 48hr. Maybe it was the way that you or you may need to evaluate the question carefully before submitting, but this should not matter.

Just make sure that your browser is not blocking pop up, as this will be an issue. some may have not much support for java as well.

Oh me too oldbuddy!! Although my total is nowhere near yours, I'm still plugging away at it! Sorry for your problems glasguy, but have you really been here long enough to make that evaluation? In my opinion, FC is still one of the best, if not number 1!

I'm confused. How can you be new to the site but made over $600? I mean, I guess it's possible, but sure not probable, unless you have umpteen referrals under you. I'm thinking FC just wants to make sure you are legit, by asking for all this stuff. I would be wary myself, considering you say you are a newbie. Unless I have misunderstood what you said.

They do for me but it takes maybe 3 dys average. I guess if its complicated than it would take longer to research the issue or they may have bee shorthanded in staff.

Does anyone else find it a bit suspicious that he has apparently made over $800 since his first cash out according to his banner?? I mean, I just can't possibly see how that is even doable. I'm thinking this is probably why FC is questioning it.

My support tickets used to be answered very quickly but now it seems I wait forever or do not get an answer at all.

There are lots of quick and repeatable ways to pick up a nickel in earnings, like... Where are the ways to earn the 5 cents to be able to complete the 15 cent PTC The only one that credited so far today is the 2 cent clip and print. VideoFox won't open to earn the remaining 3 cents just posts Code B1.

fusioncash owes me the 15 cents for sunday april 29 PTC not having anything up that I was able to complete to earn the lousy 5 cents. tried offers and FC surveys even tap research surveys!

Fusioncash will owe me 15 cents if i'm unable to earn the 3 cents I need.

I didn't thank ox and I will be black listing fusioncash and all mentioned video offers and surveys which I have been attempting to complete for 2 hours there aren't any easy repeatable ways to earn a nickle!

This web site should have a fraud page just completed a 15 minute Samplicious survey for $0.30 to earn the 5 cents and was disqualified after answering every question. Should have known it was fraud after the same questions appeared on multiple pages. These survey offers are so corrupt it isn't funny! Fusioncash still owes me the 15 cent PTC for april 28 th because there weren't any video offers to complete. They credited me the 15 cents one other time it happened after only being able to make 3 cents instead of the 5.

Fusioncash is not an employer and none of us are contractually bound to them. They are a middle man between us and the survey companies and I for one appreciate the extra cash they make it possible for me to accumulate.

Another survey stolen again from the usual scam Samplicous just (COMPLETED) a survey at 5:55 pm 15 minutes for $0.30 the message received instead of survey completed and being credited was a disqualification... these surveys are 100 percent pathetic and a rip off its survey high jacking fusioncash allows it!!!

I've tried VideoFox and it has not once had enough videos to give me a penny. But HyperMx does all the time! Also, I had 2 surveys in my email that were both completes today, worth I believe $1 altogether. So I'm happy with that, as I was hoping to make cash out this month, and that put me over! It sounds like you need to try something different, maybe tasks? There are some pretty easy ones to do. Getting rude and throwing a fit isn't going to help though. We've all been there. :)

You can submit a ticket but they are not going to do anything. That is a big difference. They will tell you if they don't get paid they cannot pay you. Just because you click something and go thru the motions doesn't mean you will get paid. And even if you get paid it doesn't mean the advertiser will not come back later and revoke your payment.

It is not fraud. If you have done the survey thing for very long you know that is how it is. You run the risk you will complete the survey and you won't get paid.
I am noticing more and more they are asking the same question, maybe worded different, more than once and if you give a different answer it will DQ you.
Not sure why you think they owe you 15 cents for a PTC you did not do. It is not their fault you did not earn the first 5 cents. I never have any issues getting more than the 5 cents. You said they gave it to you once when you complained you could only make 3 cents. Of course they are not going to just give it to you every day. If they do that they need to just do away with the 5 cent rule.

I have never qualified for Samplicio surveys except twice in my lifetime....and the other two times I completed half the survey and was DQ'd, probably for an answer that didn't conform to the question or something. Anyway, stop trashing FC for Samplicio. They are the oens you should be complaining to about being DQ'd all the time...although it won't do you any good. I don't even try surveys if they're by Samplicio anymore.Why be frustrated? I go on to other surveys which I am usually DQ'd. I qualify for maybe 5 surveys a month. No big deal. There are other ways to earn.

I qualify for them often. I do more than 5 surveys each day. I would be frustrated enough to quit if I just got 5 per month. :(

I agree with you, oldbuddy...while this site does have its problems ( and what site doesn't?) I'm not giving back the money and will continue earning more.... I have had some troubles here but nothing major, I'm able to work around them or do other things til they get fixed, and have had the 3 tickets I have submitted in the years I have been here answered with satisfying results

The act of ignoring other peoples mistakes applies here! That way you can go to the surveys' fresh and happy to participate every time!

Yeah i have spent 3 weeks trying to get in touch with them no answer. Also is any one able to do surveys i have clicked on over 200 in the last few weeks and haven't been able to do any i do get the 1 penny each time i just don't know why i cant do any i never qualify for any of them a little help out there

Yeah, I kind of agree oldbuddy, I sometimes can do Tap surveys and sometimes not, but I don't bother making an issue of it anymore. It is what it is. I know it's on Tap's end, as it is with most of the problems at FC, on the survey end. I'm definitely not making as much as I used to here but I'll keep doing what I can when I can. :)

It is hard to "ignore" a mistake when you spend an hour doing a survey and then a malfunction keeps you from getting $5 you were suppose to get for completing the survey. I know it is a risk you take but it is still annoying. And part of why people do not pay as much attention and just try to finish as quickly as possible.

Do you think people send support tickets to ask why can't I qualify for this or that? Any time I have submitted a ticket it was not because I was doing something wrong. And submitting a ticket takes like 2 minutes at the most.

You need to contact support. Moderators do not respond to your account problems in these forums. And WE cannot do anything about it. And that is a huge difference so you are going to have to prove why you think they owe you more money.

Opening multiple tickets will slow down the response time. It tells you that when you open one.
