Hi guys I could really use some help I recently joined this site
and had no problems until my 2nd time cashing out because my cashout amount is
around $1000 and over $600 for the year they wanted more information from me
I was a little hesitant at first but gave them all the information they asked for
then They said I needed a valid ID on file to cash-out after giving them my SS#
and Drivers license# now they are asking me to fax identification but it gives me no
options no fax number no option to proceed further just redirects me to earn more cash
I sent in a support ticket with no response after a couple weeks
I sent in another ticket they responded

and support still has not responded I sent in another ticket
a week ago but still no response I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has been
threw this process?? I don't have a fax machine but I will go to the local UPS
and fax over whatever information is needed I was trying to find a fax number online
but I want to make sure its actually fusion cash and not some random
person I'm sending my information to
Any help is greatly appreciated
again I had no problems cashing out my first time and even messaging support when I first joined they
responded almost instantly but after going over $600
I feel like they have been just making jump threw hoops I Like the site
but the lack of support is really frustrating
even a negative message at this point is better than nothing

I never come close to earning $600 in a year on FC, yet alone in a couple of months.
Other members who have earned over $600 in a year have reported problems when cashing out but in most cases, it eventually happens.
I am curious. How did you make so much money so fast?
I do not think there is anything more that you can do but be patient. Support will eventually respond.

I hit $600 one year. You do need to give them your info and SSN as they will report the amount you have earned to the IRS as income.

I am REALLY CURIOUS as to how you have only cashed out one time and your 2nd cash out is OVER $1000.
Nobody in here can help you. You are going to have to get "support" to respond to you. And from what everyone is saying that is no longer happening. I submitted a help ticket the first of March and still have not received a response.

Only thing you can do is wait for a response to your support ticket, perhaps send in another with a copy of the info you orignally sent.
You could also try sending them snail mail too if your impatient (not sure of FC's mailing address but you should be able to look it up). I do not mean your personal info, I mean like send a letter version of your support ticket. This is all I can think of.
To everyone asking how the OP has made so much money.. I would guess they do a ton of surveys, probably doing them all day long some/most days, hitting up every survey provider offered on FC. And apparently they have desirable demographics and qualify for a lot.

FC is well none for NOT answering support tickets in a timely manner, if at all. I never made $600 in one year here either and I suggest byou don't go over the $600 a year next time to avoid this run-a-around nightmare. As a matter of fact you should cash out every month if you're able to.

Unfortunately I have never made close to $600 in one year so I can't help, I just wanted to chime in and say congrats and keep up the good work!

I've never made that much in a year, let alone a month or so. Heck, I'm lucky to make the $25 in 3-4 months. One time it took me 6 months to make the $25 and I was just under the wire to have some of my cash expire, so congratulations to you!
They only way I think you're making that much is through tasks because there aren't that many surveys or offers that change from week to week.

Had cashed out the last 3 years over $600 but did not have any problems with my 1099M but I submitted 3 years ago. Not going to happen this year because I cannot support to tell me why I cannot access FC surveys. Submitted my ticket back in December and still not fixed or reply. Good Luck!

I had no problems supplying my info online for tax purposes the first time back in 2016. However, Kohler was handling the W-9 matters at that time. Kohler has been a vital part of the Admin team, but for those of us who have longevity on FC and post regularly in the Forum we have come to the conclusion that Kohler is no longer working for FC.
Sadly, these tax issues have become a nightmare for folks encountering the requirements for the first time. Support tickets have been going unanswered. There may be newly-hired staff trying to learn the ropes now, however, we members are really in the dark these days. Occasionally, Admin used to post a message in the Forum (it would stand out because the ranking blocks are red, not yellow like we members'). I've not seen an Admin posting in the Forum since middle of 2017.

There is NO way Fusion Cash can be a full time job. You would have to make $400 a week to be making $10 an hour. I would have to SEE proof before I would ever believe people make that much money. There are people who draw a government check and they do surveys and call that a job but the GOVERNMENT CHECK is what is paying their bills.

They will also send you a 1099 at the end of the year. And a lot of people do not know that if you are continually making this much money you need to make quarterly deposits to the IRS or you will be fined at the end of the year.

You can look at his earnings banner and see he has made $1,150 and only received $209 .. so not quite at $1,000 but well over $900 on his account, so no BS unless he has somehow gone through the trouble of falsifying the banner, which seems ridiculous.
And he never said how long it took him to make it, no claims it was in one month. However he has been a member since mid September 2018, roughly 7.5 months.. so 1150 divided by 7.5 = an average of $153.33 per month. (It is actually more than this since it is actually a little less than 7.5 months and also the banner takes awhile to update I've noticed)
The "newbie" refers only to forum posts.. one could be a member of FC for years and never post in the forum and be called a "newbie" upon making their first post.

Some of you have been wondering how I've managed to make so much money so fast most of the money came from referring my wide list of friends and family and the rest came from high paying surveys I found on the survey wall
but even then it was only a few dollars at a time I never found one survey over $5 I've been on a ton of sites and this is by far the worst site I've ever used :bad: I try to be fair and take in account of everything going on but waiting 6 months for any kind of response is unacceptable ::) I've been on other sites that offer instant cash out daily and have a support system that responds in 24 hours probably best if you just search thesurveyguy all one word on youtube so I really don't understand the problem my only conclusion is that this is being done on purpose to achieve more profit :-\ now sadly after logging in hoping to find a message from support informing me how to proceed further in cashing out all I find are cobwebs in my chat box and notices on my main page that most of my referrals and surveys I've completed Expires in 29d... ::) so all the work I went threw has pretty much gone to waste I don't imagine being able to cash out in the next month and most of the $1000 was made in a 2 week period thus I'm SOL I guess Im just writing this in the hopes that i can save someone else some time don't make over $500 in a year on this site or you wont get your money and if the owner ever reads this i just wanna say you have a bunch of great members on this site willing to take surveys for money if you put in just a little more effort your site could actually be a great site where everyone is happy :highfive: so maybe spend a little money fixing it up... your survey friend

I usually make $100 to $300 every six months. It varies. I haven't had to deal with the tax people yet, if this is what thats about. If I'm understanding correctly.

WorkoutBro, I believe if you have a pending cash out, waiting to be approved, those credits are immune from expiration. I have never had this issue, so I'm not positive

Did you try my suggestion to use the official Fax Cover Page?? Read my post I copied a cover page for you to see, but you will need your own with your own ID number!!

I can honestly say that perhaps 95% of the members on this site probably haven't had to deal with tax forms yet. That's an impressive number by any means to earn on FC.

I did not have any problems but that was 3 years ago when I had to submit the information. Support has been around for a while as I still have a ticket open for a problem since December of last year
