to sanctuary cities and states? Trump has raised this idea and I think it's great since those in charge are always welcoming them to their city. Whether people believe it or not, illegals have been transported to cities and towns all over the country for years. It was just never "advertised" that they do it.
It's just Trump calling the Dems out on this subject because he is proving them to be hypocrites because they're all flipping out over it. NIMBY but don't allow ICE to arrest them after being let out of jail for another offense. /they don't want to sit down and work out the problems either. They know we need to update the immigration laws but don't want to take any responsibility or to do anything that would help Trump's promises or the citizens. They would rather help illegals. Look what they did in NY state: Giving $27 million towards college for illegals, while not expanding the education $$ for Gold Star kids.

The people who want the illegals here need to be the ones to take care of them. If you will watch you will see where he has threatened to take them and drop them ALL off in sanctuary cities they are all already screaming foul. lol Imagine that.
I don't even see where laws need to be updated. Come here legally or don't come. We do not owe anyone anything.

I just read another article today that says many diseases that have been eradicated in the US are coming in from other countries that are rife with disease.
I think that may be one cause of the huge measles outbreak that is happening as we speak.
Therefore, I think that people entering our country need to be vetted for possible diseases before they enter.

There are a lot of diseases that was nearly eradicated in this country, but not totally. A lot of the measles cases are because of the un-vaccinated kids because of of parents who don't believe in it. They got their info from an article published by a doctor who has since been debunked and I believe that man was even lost his medical license. Years ago, you HAD to be vaccinated if you wanted to attend school. Why they changed it, I have no idea but I believe it's child abuse to not do it.
The kids stand to die if they catch one of these diseases. Mumps can cause sterility in men (I don't remember what it does to women). Whooping Cough can cause lung damage and weaken the lungs to the point of developing another lung disease. Tuberculosis was never wiped out but only affects a few people today and can be cured. I don't know any parent that would want to see their child in an iron lung or paralyzed for life. Vaccines today are safer than when I went to school. and those vaxxers need to give up that misinformation.
i've seen all those diseases in friends an family and the poor kids suffer unbelievably. I, myself, had the German measles (there was no vaccine for that at the time). All I remember is being hot, very hot, my muscles hurt so much I couldn't be touched because it was so painful. Blankets hurt me, too. I couldn't eat because my throat was so sore. Thank heavens it only lasted a couple days. I would never want another kid to go through that and I can imagine what the regular measles is like.
The kids coming into this country are checked out and they caught one kid with the measles just a week or two ago. They are also vaccinating them.

Measles do not just develop from thin air. The disease is being brought here from the illegals crossing our southern boarder.
It's like Polio. We do not vaccinate for it any longer because there is no need. But if thousands of people cross the boarder illegally carrying the disease it won't take long before we have a problem And don't expect everybody to just line up to take a polio vaccine.
It was on the news (believe it or say it is fake) where they have a bunch of cases of Mumps at the boarder. In counties surrounding me where we have a major problem with illegals we have had a lot of problems lately with measles as well as TB.

Do you think when God created the human race he wanted segregation?Now i will be the first to admit id like to keep the troublemakers out now too.But the country ALREADY has enuff loonies in it and then you have many that maybe just wanna freeload and im not for that either.But i am sure there is also much prejudice too.
So i guess when we say The Lords prayer and come to the part "let your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven"we should stop and think what that really means.
