Title: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Post by: Mizzkizz7 on June 28, 2019, 03:25:15 pm: I have this, got t take a break from these surveys before I need surgery! I wear a arm brace at night. Anyone else?

I heard from people who'd had surgery, meds, etc. and didn't hear anyone say they got better. So I started working with weights and the weight bearing with my wrists and arms cured mine.

Take that or leave it. I'm a believer that strengthening helped those muscles. I haven't had a problem since. :icon_rr:

Post by: dsosnowski06 on November 02, 2019, 06:44:44 pm: Luckily after 43 years on the job of typing and using the computer for more than 8 hours I have developed this. Had a coworker that had the surgery and said it really did not help long term.
