Well I’d appreciate if you’d quit closing my support tickets without answering. I’ve wasted absolutely enough time on this site because I haven’t gotten any of the offers you claim to have given me or you only
Give a portion of what you said you would.

And once again we witness the "newbie" saga. They won't take the time to figure it all out and then they miss out on a little money and a lot of fun.
Or is it just millennial fever?

N ever did a support ticket.suppose never had to. Now probably wouldn't because of your experience. Have very few surveys that haven't paid just go to the next one I forget about it.

Have had tickets open since last year and they have not closed them or responded to them. I would just submit it again and hope for the best.

Think I've had to submit a support ticket once or twice since being on FC; it took awhile to get a response back so frustrating.

I have a support ticket opened right now as I speak ( type ). It's one of just a small handful of tickets that I have ever generated in the years that I have been a member. What that says about me is that I have very little problems here.
Whether my ticket gets an answer, gets resolved or gets closed with no response, I just simply move on. There are plenty of other offers, surveys, etc. that are waiting for me.
If your problem is so big that you have to bring it to the attention of admin. try sending another ticket.

It is frustrating when you submit and support ticket and don't get an answer.

Well I haven't had a chance to use the support system but I probably would get a little frustrated if there was no reply back.

Took them 3 months to get back to me over a 1099 issue.... :turkey:

I'm pretty sure they don't close them without responding. Have you checked your spam folder? My responses have not always been timely, but I do get a response. They have many members, which amounts to tons of help tickets. If they did close it without a response, I'm sure it was for a good reason.

I've never once had an issue with a support ticket always answered. But I could think of a reason why some aren't answered. The language used and your tone. If you come off as aggressive and pushy who would want to reply to that. An example but it's so true.

All things considered, I haven't got an opportunity to utilize the emotionally supportive network yet I most likely would get somewhat baffled if there was no answerback.

Yep I agree! Believe it or not, kindness works so much better! They do have other things to do too, it's not like they are just sitting around waiting for support tickets to come in. Plus, who knows how many members (active) there are here now. I put in a support ticket quite awhile back, but it wasn't terribly important, so I stated that I knew they were busy and to answer when they could.

Its funny I've sent in a few tickets over the years & they have always been answered in a timely manner. The latest was a week because it was the holidays . People who run the site have to live to. They have never once ever closed a ticket of mine or anyone I've ever really got to know on this site. FYI if your rude or abrasive you probably wont get a reply. If you come to this site thinking its going to be easy with no effort put into it and cry ina ticket i doubt you get a reply to that either.
