I have Sprint so apparently that makes it hard to verify my phone number. Therefore I have been unable to cash out. I have submitted tickets and emails since August. I got my first response saying fax a copy of my DL, which I did. Got another response saying they didn't receive the email:

At this point, I've had about $15 expire. Right now I'm at $55 in my account with earnings expiring daily. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?

An email and a fax is NOT the same thing. Giving us your email address is foolish. WE cannot do anything about this. I would not post personal info in the forums. I don't know what Sprint would have to do with anything. If it is a prepaid phone without a regular line that could be the problem.

Interesting, I didn't think certain mobile carriers would be difficult verify. I use a pretty uncommon network and I still got my verification code without any problems. Since Sprint is considered decently 'big', it surprises me that it didn't work for you.
I think the *easiest* way right now would be to ask a friend, on a different network, to verify it for you. I'm not sure if it's allowed to use a phone number that isn't your own, but if you have a friend who isn't on FC and probably won't ever join FC, maybe it's best to ask for a favor. Otherwise, your earnings will keep on expiring and you won't be able to cashout once it falls below $25.

As someone else said, I would delete any personal information from your post such as email or fax number. I think that you can edit your post.
And I would call Sprint or better yet go to the store. Show them what you are trying to do and what is happening. Maybe they can help.
You have said something about faxing your DL to FC but also somethings about emails. You need to fax your info to FC and you should get a receipt when you do. Can you fax from home or from a friends home? How about from work? If not, I believe there are places like copy centers where you can pay a small amount to fax documents.

On the verification page of Fusion Cash it says Sprint Users may have issues with verification. I've tried using different numbers. I'm asking for help from anyone that has Sprint and has had this issue and found a resolution. I still continue to earn daily so I won't have an issue when I finally am able to cash out. Thanks for trying to help.

I've faxed and emailed FC using the contact info i received in a help ticket response. That was the last I heard from them. I didn't hear back after I faxed and emailed the info they requested. I took your advice and went to Sprint when you first gave it. They can't help me.

WTH?? Obviously I know emails and faxes are different ma'am. I've sent BOTH as that was what was requested from whoever responded to my Fusion Cash ticket. And I didn't give YOU my email address, I copy and pasted my communication with FC. I don't have a prepaid Sprint account. On the verification page there's an excerpt that explains that Sprint carriers may experience a problem with verification so that's what Sprint has to do with it. GEESH

It has been a long time since I had to verify with my phone but back then they suggested that a landline would work better. I used my cell phone (AT&T) and was able to do it.

I would try using a landline instead of waiting for a reply to a ticket as that may take a while and you might start losing credits

Geez, I'm very sorry you are having these issues and continue to lose your hard earned cash. I had no idea there is a statement saying Sprint customers could have problems with verification. I don't have Sprint, nor have I ever. I think when I first became an FC member, I had a landline, but that still shouldn't matter in my opinion. As long as the number is in your name, it should be fine. Hang in there, I hope it gets figured out soon, but just keep in mind, FC has so many members, and many aren't active, so admin is always busy with help tickets. Once they've sent you a response, and if they don't hear back from you on the issue, they will close the ticket assuming the problem has been solved. And at this point I sure hope it has! I have Verizon and I have not had this issue yet. I did how ever have an issue with a different site because I had Verizon so I started using G Mail and everything is fine at the moment. Maybe give them a G Mail Address. I don't know if that will help or not.

lol. Well now that you got that out of your system. Go back and read what you wrote. You said you FAXED the info and they said they did not receive the EMAIL. YOU are the one who said it wrong.
And you DID give ME and EVERYONE else in here your email address. YOU posted it right there for all to see!
YOU posted this in here and ask for help. So don't get all attitude when people respond with something you don't like. I don't care if it works for you or not or if you get paid or not. Mine works fine. lol

Funny this person told you the same thing I did. Delete personal info. But you are okay with them saying it. ha!
Doesn't matter. Every one who replied would have to also delete their comment for your email to not be now public info.

Most people don't really want help. They just want to vent. Or it is like that episode of Growing Pains where Mike asks his dad a question and Carol is sitting there and she answers. And he gets mad. She says what difference does it make. I gave you the right answer. He said "I don't want to know from YOU" lol
I have only done one site that has to be voice verified. And it takes about 3 weeks for someone to call you.

I was not thinking you would get a recorded message. There are some sites that have started verifying by phone and you have to actually talk to someone. I guess it is a way to cut down on fraud.

I don't know of any site where you have to actually talk to a person. It costs them more money to hire someone to call people manually. Plus, it takes much longer because the code is unique everytime. Humans make mistakes, but machines and recorded messages don't.

I do. I am a member of one. Once you cash out your earnings are in limbo until they call you to confirm your info. Then once confirmed your account is marked as confirmed and you can earn as you wish. Yes it takes longer. It took 3 weeks to receive a phone call. But like I said, it cuts down on fraud. You can't have 10 accounts like some on here do. You have ONE.
