Wow! I thought this topic had a lot of posts, but I guess it does not. I am not sure I really want to be the first to respond. But, angels, hmm. It seems like I don't know what may be safe to say. Angels might not have any power. I don't really know. I think maybe they don't have any power because they serve something. But, I don't know. Someone else post and I'll think of something funnier to post. ;)

I just created the topic last night and all info is referenced by the bible.
Not sure you read the link how 1 of Gods angels killed 185000 soldiers of an enemy that wanted to conquer Jerusalem and God protected his people.Scriptures are in the link.There are other biblical examples but i thought this one was a good one to use.

God allows them to do so.Satan doesnt serve God but he was allowed to use his power to test Job.
Some men were allowed to use the power to resurrect others.Jesus was allowed to have the power for his miracles.

i believe the angels are as powerful as God lets them be ! i believe there are angels all around us

I think the world needs more angels to comfort the needy and the suffering among us....

Angels are real, I have them around me and have felt the protection.

Although not exclusively about angels, the podcast Touched by Heaven - Everyday Encounters with God (http://www.touchedbyheaven.net/) has a lot of remarkable stories about angels and their interactions with those of us here on Earth. Some are more inspiring than others, but they are all great reminders for us to keep our eyes open for miracles from above!

Again using the bible to back up what i say here,it seemed in earlier times there were more angelic cases....
Abraham entertained them
Angel announcing Jesus birth
Angel saving Daniel from lion
Just to name a few,but let us be warned the bible says Satan transforms himself into an angel of light and since 1914 he and his angels have been cast out of heaven and confined to the earth as Revelation speaks of.He walks around like a lion waiting to devour us.The bible is our best defense against him and rely on Gods spirit to help us.You see the influence with movies and music and to keep our guard up.

The JWs only go by "What's in the Bible" when it lines up with what The Watchtower teaches. ::)

Oh really? I'm pretty sure I used the Watchtower's own tract to prove evidence of the Trinity.
You're seriously gonna believe whatever spin the Watchtower gives you, instead of the pure undiluted words of Jesus Christ concerning Hell?
May God have mercy on your immortal soul.
Only the Watchtower can turn over every stone and find a pagan there.
