Tried for 2 hrs to sign in but no luck! :sad1: Just happened to have the forum up on the other computer and it is well and working! Must be a different server! :party:

I'm getting the HTTP ERROR 500 error on the main site and PTC pages. The forum and my account page are working fine. Very unusual for me. Oh well. Nothing to do but wait it out.

Site not working for me either but at least you two have let me know I am not the only one that cannot do surveys and videos today. Thanks for posting!

calendria, I am sorry I don't know about the e-mail. In all these years, I have not had the experience of the site being down. I hope someone else can answer your question. Take care.

You mean the daily $.02 email? Yes, I think the email is only good on the day it is sent, because you'll get a new one tomorrow.

The FC Surveys and Earn Cash tabs are not working for me. Fortunately, I qualified for tomorrow's PTC shortly after 2 am this morning. Also, the e mail expires the following day. I once forgot to click on it, and when I tried it the next day, it showed it was expired. I hope this is not a prolonged issue.

I am also able to get onto the "My Account" tab.

I thought it was my computer. Ran a bunch of diagnostics. Glad to know it is universal. Hope everything is OK and they are back up soon.

Still Down!
After the third day, (which is today) I have lost .45 on PPTC and .15 on the qualifier for PTC along with .06 on the emails! Anyone else thinking this way? .66 cents! How can I make this up? :sad1:

calendria, yesterday I was able to get onto Tap Research by visiting my browsing history. I only tried one survey at the time, but I received .08, and it credited correctly. This might be a way for others to earn while the site is down.

bostonphil, I am using google chrome, and you can click on the 3 dots on the top right hand corner of the screen and click on history. Alternatively, I believe you can hold down CTRL + H on your keyboard. Find a time you visited Tap Research and click on the link, That is how I was able to connect to it.

Just got back in after 2 days so glad missed those pennies.kept trying on my tablet and pc since Saturday. Was able to read that the site was down for all not just me.

Welcome back FusionCash! I got a blank white page whenever I tried to go to FC, so I kept checking every few hours and was finally rewarded with finding the site up and working!

I noticed that. I could see the forums and see people were posting although no one seemed to be talking about the site being down. I was not logged in so I could not post anything. But that makes sense.

Assuming you have it set to save your history. I do not.

Nor did I pkrahmer! I didn't even think to try it. I just checked Facebook and Twitter, of course neither of those have been adminned for over 2 years, but I did see where other members had mentioned the site was down for them too. Of course we all thought it was just issues with our account, so was glad to see it wasn't! But darn FC for doing it again!! I was still getting my paid email so knew it wasn't down for good, thank goodness!

This very same thing happened with FC about 6 months ago or so! I sure do wish they would give us a warning in an email or in the forum. So glad it is back again though!

It is good to know that I was not the only one having trouble getting on FC. I thought I had done something wrong.

That could be valuable if it happened at the end of the month and you needed to finish your forum bonus requirements!

The FC Forums are currently undergoing regularly scheduled daily maintenance tasks. We should be back within about half an hour.
Amazing that they have scheduled maintenance
