Title: Happy Valentines Day
Post by: tjshorty on February 14, 2020, 03:49:45 pm
:heart:I am invited to a party.  That hasn't happened since I was a teenager.  My daughter also wants me to watch kids.  I told her weeks ago that I was busy.  To tell the truth I just want to stay home out of the cold.    Hope all of you have a very happy day.

Happy Valentine's Day to all!  Staying out of the cold sounds lovely (it's been 30 below the last few days here) tjshorty.  Even so, I hope you were able to attend your party.

I know this is belated. But Happy Valentines Day to all. It is a day to let others know they are loved. Love is what we need more of in our world.

Happy Valentines Day to Everyone. I had a pretty nice Valentines Day. My Husband bought me a Microwave Oven and he got me Roses and Chocolates and we went out to eat, You just can not beat that.

Valentines day has become so commercial.  It was a nice day and a good day to show a little extra love to your loved ones.

Thank you for the kind wish and a belated Happy Valentines day to you! I was able to finish working job two by three yesterday which blessed me with family time. My son came down from college and my daughter drove forty five miles to celebrate time with te family. My son and I went to get our hair cut and then joined my daughter and wife at a new Bogart inspired hotel in our town for dinner. We had a lot of laughs and an excellent time. I had chocolates, cards, stuffed animals and lottery tickets waiting for the family when we got home. Then we watched a sappy valentine's day movie and passed out in front of the fire after walking the dogs. I wish every holiday could be as wonderful as yesterday was! As the kids get older it is getting harder for all of us to get together.

Yep, stayed inside for most of V-Day. Actually, that not true, I did go out. But, after I went out, I stayed in. Yep, did it stay nice and dry so to speak, out-of-harms-way.
