If it is on Tap,  I wouldn't even attempt them until this snafu is straightened out.

Tap Research has not been crediting for the last few days. I have fortunately had no issues with crediting when it comes to FC surveys and Peanut Labs surveys.

Same here. No credits from Tap Research. Looking at the other posts about Tap, we are not alone!

I try only 1 Tap a day to see if it credits and then I go to peanut labs and other surveys.

I have been getting some good surveys here as of late.  It helps out for the monthly cashout.  I am going on vacation soon and it helped with some of the travel expenses :)

I have not had this problem today, but in the past, I have completed a Survey and never got credit. This has happened to me more than one time.

I usually end up getting credit for regular surveys at some point. Sometimes it takes a while. My frustration today is taking an entire Wild Bird feeding survey and at the very end (of course) I am disqualified. Couldn't you just disqualify me at the beginning instead of wasting my time?? grrrr…..frustrating. Back to Tap if it is working today.  :( Oh well....

I just completed a long survey.  It had the graph, and I made it to the end.  It was all about energy sources.  I'm not even sure if it came from Tap or FC, but I didn't get credit.  Instead, I was met with this message:

Hmm, there seems to be a problem…
Please review the error message below and correct it. If you are unable to resolve
the problem, go ahead and contact us for support and we will gladly help you.

That kinda sounds like Tap to me. I vaguely remember getting some message similiar to this a month ago. If you want to contact Tap, you can click the person icon on the top right of your Tap page. Then there should be a "Help" section where you can fill in a form to contact support. Hopefully they'll give you your credit for the long survey.
