Great still not crediting. So discouraging. Are you still experiencing this problem, with the Tap Surveys?

Yes - just got home from the grocery and I was so hoping that the crediting would be straightened out. I got 6 cent for the first and only survey I did and alas no credit. Darn darn darn

Yes, it is disappointing that the Tap surveys are not crediting. That was the way I got enough non-bonus cents to be able to do the paid to click, seeing as how I am disqualified for 95% of the surveys, probably because of my advanced age (58), LOL! I don't know what part of this might have to do with cutting back on their support staff because of the virus or what. Anyway, let's hope everyone at Tap and FusionCash are safe and well and that Tap surveys will start crediting soon. :peace: :heart:

Not sure what's going on but I hope it resolves itself soon.

Hope it's resolved soon. So many of us rely on Tap to make our 5 cents for PTC.

While I am aware of the non-crediting issue going on with Tap, I have continued to check every few hours to see if Tap's surveys have begun crediting again. So, I'll go ahead and attempt a few surveys and then check my account.
Today I got a Survey Monkey survey seeking feedback on what you know to be true/false about COVID-19 and other questions concerning your outlook on the pandemic. I completed it and it paid me 13¢ (but not "crediting" to my FC account).
However, I am actually glad to take a survey like that because I want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem. I don't like wasting my time nor do I like not getting paid, but, under the circumstances, I'm glad I got to take that particular survey -- even if it turns out to be a freebie on me.

Yes it is disappointing and Frustrating lets just hope that FC and TAP reach an agreement soon on whatever the issue is.

Ya still not crediting looks like we just have to be patient. I'm sure it will be back to normal soon. Stay safe everyone ya.

I try Tap Research every day to see if Support has fixed the crediting problem yet, but they haven't.

I check every day also. I hope they start soon.

It's taking a long time to fix this problem but I will continue to check each day and hope it's resolved soon.

Same here, use this most of the time for my five cents.

Still not working. So frustrating not to be able to get that 5 cents as fast as I used to.
