I'm curious how many people have sent a help ticket to FC concerning not getting the Tap Research payments? I hate to send one, but if not many have already, I will. Have missed out on so much and I'm pretty sure it's on FC's side that the problem lies. Thanks! :thumbsup:

I've sent in one. I believe bostonphil did also. Also in the ticket I told FC this is happening with almost everybody, (if not all) of FC members not being credited for Tap completed surveys as well as DQ'd.

I did and also sent one to TAP and got a reply that it is FC causing the problem and would try to solve with them.

Yup, here I am and yes, I did open a support ticket. I think support knows there is a problem and I do not believe that any more support tickets would help.
dsosnowski06 just posted that TAP responded saying that the problem was with FC and TAP was trying to solve with them.

After failing to qualify for a FC survey today, I went to Tap and got a 11 cent DQ'd, which didn't credit of course. I put in another ticket to Tap,repeating that it is happening to everyone on FC, and must be a problem on FC end. This time instead of getting a form letter from Sarah, telling me to "answer honestly and udate my profile",LOL, Sarah said they are looking into the issue. Let's all cross our fingers! :monkey: :turkey:

Over this? No. Why bother. I have a ticket open from about 7 months ago that has not been answered.

This site use to be really good. I could cash out every month at $60-$80. Most stuff no longer works nor does it credit. YES, the tap not paying happens pretty often. Eventually it will start working again. It is with THIS site because tap works with other sites. Until now I have been able to cash out every month still but if TAP stops working I might as well quit because I will never be able to cash out. Owner needs to put some effect in to his site or sell it. smh Or just close it down.

Ya know, countrygirl, I've noticed that so many of your forum posts/replies are very negative. I, for one, don't want FC to close down! It's not fair to judge their staff, especially now, as they are based out of CA, one of the hardest hit states, for COVID19. Who knows what's going on behind their "closed doors". I'm sorry you're so unhappy here, maybe you should just cancel your account? If you choose to stay, can you maybe try to be a little bit more positive instead of spreading doom and gloom all the time? Just a suggestion :) Hope you stay healthy and have a better day!

Found this info on the Corporate link at the bottom of FC's site. Now I have no idea when it was last updated, but it says they have over 3 million members. Who knows if they are all active or not, but if even half are, and half of those submit a help ticket....well, I think you get my point! Please try to be patient with them during this crazy, sad time in our lives :'(

Not sure how short you are but there is a task worth 3 cents each, very simple and easy, I just did 5 of them in about 15 minutes time. It's one that does not have a level number next to it. All you have to do is look at some pictures and answer good or bad. Good luck, you still have 1 more day!

I sent in both sites, FC and Tap on the second day when I did not get credit for the disquals, but NOW I completed surveys on Tap and they owe real survey credits, I am sure it's on FC end because it credited properly on the Tap site list of completed surveys.

Yep, it is a major problem, just like this darn virus that I hope none of you have been unfortunate enough to contract! I live with my sister and thankfully we are good so far. I sure about my (grown) children and grands though, they live far away. OK well, I know we are all hopeful the issue with Tap will be resolved sooner than later, I didn't try one today and probably won't. Thank you all for your responses!

After the last bunch of responses I have had from them, I don't send tickets really at anymore. I really don't know what happened to when the staff answers tickets. It is like they don't want to be bothered. >:(
