Title: Adding Account Information Error Please Help!
Post by: Jaspe on April 07, 2020, 10:20:34 pm
I am a new member and have tried many times to enter my personal information (name, address, birthday, etc) and my paypal info on the account page in order to cash out for the money I have earned as well as get surveys.  I get an error message that says an internal error has occurred and that I am to try and enter my information on the account page in a couple of hours.  If you know why I can’t enter my information and how to fix the internal error (which I am suspecting is on the fusioncash site server), please let me know.  I need help.  Until this is resolved, I am just earning money I can’t cash.  To date, I have also contacted PayPal to confirm my information is correct and I have reached out to the Fusioncash technical support for help to add my information. My question to technical support has been outstanding for almost one month.  I enjoy using the site, but without being able to add my information it isn’t an advantage for me.  Thank you in advance for helping.

Are you using a computer? What browser?

Is it all the information that you can not add or just payment information?

Try rebooting your computer. Try using a different browser.

Hi!
Thank you for your suggestions.
I have used a computer, a tablet, an android phone.  I have used the following browsers: Safari, Chrome, Samsung and Microsoft Edge.

It is all of my information...... with the exception of my username and email address. I can’t even add my phone number because the text or phonecall you get with the code to enter (to verify your phone) doesn’t come through.  I haven’t had a problem with that for any other site, either.

Additionally, I have rebooted and cleared the cache and cookies on all devices.

I am at a complete loss at what the error is and why none of the devices or browsers I have used are working. I did put in a help ticket to technical support and they were quick to respond to the first ticket (I appreciated that). I did what they suggested (which is all of the things above and what you have suggested).  They also said in the response that if it doesn’t work to let them know. So I did. I told them and asked what I should do next.  That help ticket is still open and I submitted it on March 11th.

It is just baffling to me that there would be an internal error on that many different devices unless the error is on the fusioncash site (but I don’t know the error code).  I am more than happy to try something different to get the issue resolved as I like using the site.

Kind regards

Unless you are the same person with multiple accounts you are not the only one posting that you are having this issue.  If you do have multiple accounts - that is your problem.

You won't get a response from support.  I have a ticket from about 6 months ago and many others are saying the same thing.  Your credits will start to expire after 6 months.  If you read the TOS you already know this. I would not continue to earn money if there was no way to cash out. Until the info can be entered. I am not understanding how you and the supposed others with this exact same issue are able to even do anything on the site.  When I registered I had to completely register giving name, address, and all the other info all at the same time. I did not make a user name and password then earn money then go back and fill out a profile.

Hi! Thank you for the comments.

I only have one account.  I wouldn't make multiple accounts for Fusioncash because it is not allowed by the rules.

I am sad to hear that you also have an outstanding help ticket from so long ago.

When I first created my account and before Ibstarted earning any cash, I entered my information.  That is when the first internal error occurred; on my initial attempt to create the account and before I began earning cash.  The only thing it accepted was the username, my email address and it gave me an account number. The error told me to try again in an hour or two.

So, at that point,  I decided to start looking around the site and start earning while I waited to try and enter my information again.  It is understandable that sometimes a web server is down for one reason or another.  I tried several more times (not all at the same time either) with no luck. So I read through the FAQs and submitted a help ticket.  As I mentioned,  I was very impressed that Fusioncash technical support got back to me within 48 hours with a response.  But after trying the advice provided,  it still didn't work. It was good advice, but it just didn't work. The next help ticket was in response to them requesting information about the browser I used.

Being the patient person I am, I waited to give them time to respond. Then I found the community forum and yes I did read that another person had issues as well. I cannot speak on the specifics of their case, but figured if there was another out there having issues, it could possibly be some programming on the Fusioncash server end.

I know the back end of programs get updated to fix bugs and can sometimes cause new ones (believe me... my Fortran programming class was very entertaining/frustrating when I had to debug a pogram I wrote).

This what I suspect has happened and I would be happy to help if I knew what the error code was or that it was truly something on my end.

I don't want to give up on the site just yet because I really do like it and it has been helpful on other levels as well. Plus, I see all of the members that have been around a while and would like to be in that group one day as well.

Kind regards

When u signed up,did u verify your email address for FC?

I would also try to use Internet Explorer and clear the cache again.

Support answered you fast while some werent granted that.I am sure with time you will figure out why that is.

Hope u at least figure out how you can earn and update your info.

Maybe you are using too many devices.  Fusion Cash is not mobile friendly and maybe you are creating problems when you try to do anything on Fusion Cash with a phone or tablet. Stick with the computers.

Try cashing out when you are ready. See if you can add your payment information after cashing out.

Do you have tech support with your computers? if so, try calling tech support.

From the error message that you are getting, it sounds like it is a problem on the Fusion Cash end.

OK so I sure don't remember how I did all this when I first started, way too long ago, lol, so anyway, I went to "My account", top right, then to account info on the left. Is this where you are trying to enter your info? If not, try there. If it is, and after you enter your info, it's not working to save it, I only have 1 suggestion. I use a laptop, which goes through a proxy most of the time. On some pages of FC, and on a few other sites, in order for my info to go through, I have to click on my settings tab in my browser. (I use Chrome, so it's the 3 dots on the top right). Then I scroll to advanced at the bottom, then to open computer's proxy settings. Then I click on LAN settings, unclick on "use a proxy server" and click on use automatic if it's not checkmarked. Then I quickly click submit on the page I was having issues with, and it goes through. I have to do this every day with my final PTC page, I don't know why, I never used to, but it's the only way I can get it to work. Also, sometimes when I post in the forum, I have to click on "post" twice, the first time doesn't always work. Good luck!

Thank you for your instructions about the process you have used as I was able to follow it to the "T".  I did in fact try this out.  Unfortunately it didn't work. 🙁  I really appreciate your help as this was very clear and concise. THANK YOU!!! 😊

Hi! Thank you for responding.
Yes, when I signed up, I verified my email address and phone number.

I have also clear the cache and used Internet Explorer as suggested.

I was impressed that I did get a response from Fusioncash support.  So I know they are trying.  But it hasn't fixed the issue uet.  I am still hopeful as I like this site.

I have tried many times to add my profile information, I have followed the rules, I have cleared the cache, I have read through the community to see what is going on and I only have one Paypal and Fushioncash account.

I saw recently where another person was able to get their cashout so I continue to be hopeful.

So, I tried again to add my profile information with "check" being the option for a cashout.  The site won't let me add my information even with a paper check option and I have no clue what I am doing wrong.

Everything is spelled right, I have the proper amount of money to cashout, my account is in good standing and I have requested help through the support tickets only to have the 'clear cache' or 'try again' response.  I am using a computer with Chrome, I have gone in and looked at the proxy settings in the advanced area of Chrome for the site and I am not coming up with anything.

I looked at the cookies which are and aren't allowed when visiting sites and didn't see anything glaring that needed to be allowed.

Any suggestions?  I really want to use this site but for some reason I am not able to save my profile information.  Please help!!

It might be that you will have to wait for Support to answer your ticket. Although that may take a while, eventually Support will reply. It does not seem that other members are able to help you. I suggest that you keep trying to cash out. If you have any friends who are very tech savvy, maybe they can assist.

Thank you for the suggestion.  I was actually thinking of asking for technical support elsewhere too to see what they have to suggest.  I have had some responses from the help tickets I have submitted but they have said to clear the cache and in another on tp try again.  I am impressed that I got a response but it hasn't fixed the problem.  I will try asking others like you mentioned.  Have a safe upcoming 4th!

I have been a member on Fusion for quite some time.  I earned from it for years and was able to cash out monthly.  However, within the last 2-3 months I have begun to have "http 500 error" over and over when I try to access surveys.  On some days I am able to access them; on others, nothing.  I can access them on my phone, but I am sick of doing them that way.  I have put in 3 different support tickets, but nada. Myself, I am rapidly becoming fed up.  If the problem isn't fixed soon, I will be leaving Fusion after about 5 years. You will have to make your own decision according to your experience on this site.  By the way, I am having no problems on my other 2 sites.  Also, I have read that the the type of error I am having has to be taken care of by the administrator of the site.  Good luck with that!

By the way, I have tried clearing cache, restarting, and everything from Google to Microsoft Edge, etc. Nothing has worked with any consistency. Funny thing, but no longer funny to me.

It is so frustrating to see that other long-standing members are having problems with Fusioncash too.  I have also found from searching the internet that these kinds of problems are only fixable by the site administrator on their end. I too have not experienced these issues with other sites. You are right! It is not funny.

Thank you, Teresa3200!! I hope it does too. I actually received a response back from the help ticket I submitted.  It said they were happy I brought the issue to their attention and they have directed the problem to the appropriate department to get fixed.  While this isn't a solution, I am pleased to read that they have physically looked at the help ticket and to know they are working on it.  Just don't know how long it will take.

I am hopeful and I look forward to using the website fully soon.  Oh yes, and to cashout!

Well, it has been over 3 weeks since I received a response that they were going to fix the internal error for entering profile information and nothing has been done.

In a week and a half, I will start to lose credits from when i first added my email and phone number to the site 6 months ago and I have been trying to cash out for 4 months.

I am hopeful they will fix but it is just adding a layer of frustration now that the 180 days rule for losing credits is looming.

If this were fixed, i wouldn't have amy other issues with the site.

I am still keeping my fingers crossed.

I don't know what is going on with the site, but I can't change my address since I moved because I get an internal error.  I cashed out at the end of August and today is November 5th and I still have not received my check.  No one will answer a support ticket.

I am so sorry to hear this. I haven't gotten any response from my tickets about changing my address back in March. I was able to get my bank information put in to get direct deposit. Although it wasn't really how I wanted it, I am now glad I didn't opt for a check. It is so frustrating. We work so hard for "pennies" that you would think they could either maintain the site correctly, or at least put out an announcement of what is going on.

Has your problem been fixed yet? If not, I suggest that you request your payment go to PayPal or Direct Deposit. I think that you can still do that.

I moved last February and had no problem changing my address or updating my profile. Support even responded to a ticket that i opened.

It seems like the problems that other members are having began soon after that. I think it may be COVID related.

Having the same problem so I opened a support ticket yesterday - probably because I don't recall registering or verifying email address from an email I may have missed some time in the past.
