I know when i first joined kohler was running the forums and did keep it clean. Not sure whose running things now. But maybe a ticket would solve this issue and they can be dealt with

I think it's happening due to some immature "people" having way too much time due to the pandemic...I am now reporting the posts over and over each day to the moderators..not sure if it will change anything but if we all reported them each day and flooded the moderators it might accomplish something..it can't hurt

How do you know they are banned? Just curious. He will just make new accounts.

There is not enough oversite on the website in general to have anyone actually monitoring the forum.

In the world we live in you know some are gonna do their best to get attn.They cant put a sentence together that might be interesting or encouraging and feel left out.....so they resort to that.

So i guess in some ways it worked for them cos it got the attn of many.But they also coulda ran down their street naked and got the same attn.With the way things are with the virus and not putting jerks in jail they woulda got away with that only spending a night in local police station and no bail set next day and released.

Sadly, I put in support tickets last March and none have ever been answered.... :(
