I was ok and doing surveys for two days, then today this again! Anyone else getting this message on the "Survey" tab?

I have got this message once in a while. I just check out other offers when I get it and try it later on :)

I have not received this message recently. It may very well just be a technical error, so I would just try the Survey tab again later.

No it is still redirecting to the error page and I've tried on both the laptop and desktop, cleared cache, rebooted, cleared history, and updated the initial support ticket ongoing, since beginning of August. It works one day then not the next.. very frustrating! :confused1:

Same thing today, I get Tap off the earn Tab and completed my PTC daily email and that's it for surveys unless they email an offer I'm stuck! The error changes from system to system, (I've tried Chrome, Win10 edge)

I haven't gotten that message..might be a corrupt file, etc somewhere..see what they say when they respond to your ticket

I've seen that error before. That prevented me from completing a survey and was not credited.

I haven't gotten that message. Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes I have trouble with Fusioncash when I am using Internet Explorer but the trouble goes away if I switch to Microsoft Edge or Chrome.

Yes, both Chrome and Win10 Edge ... Today is still the same:
FusionCash can't handle this request! No surveys except for email ones and Tap. Bah!

Check out this closed thread on this very same error!! I was very surprised when the search engine turned this up for the 500 error search!

I did get a message like that but it has been a while. This is the first time I been on Fusion Cash all day.

Since everyone agrees this is on the FusionCash side not mine, why can't it be fixed? For weeks now, I haven't been able to earn from the survey page! I've updated the support ticket numerous times, and it worked for two days, then the error returned. Please fix this FC!

You should try calling Fusioncash and telling them about the problem or put in another support ticket. No one here can fix it. Just be patient; they will eventually get to it and your support ticket sometime. :) Good luck

Maybe Fusion Cash is updating or site is down. Another member just posted having a different technical glitch. I am sorry this happened to you.

Yes thanks for the sympathy! Financial ruin! Of course I got to do todays' and even completed a survey (.20) not much but with the disquals got up over .50 today!
