There is rightfully so a lot of discussion about our $3 monthly Forum Bonus.
I am reminded of something that happened at my last workplace regarding end of year bonus. I hope that some FC members might find the time to read what I am about to post.
For 27 years, I worked in a call center. It was dead end, low pay and we were worked very hard. But the low pay was supplemented by a year end bonus that was sort of generous. We never knew how and when it would come. it was always a surprise.
It came from about mid December to mid January. Sometimes we got it in the mail. Other times, it came with a paycheck and other times, we were handed a seperate check.
After years of giving us this bonus, the firm decided to stop the bonus but they did not tell us. They made us figure it out.
Like always, we expected the bonus. We watched. We waited and we waited and we waited. We whispered about it.
We never just out and out asked. And managers never said boo about it.
Finally, around mid January, we stopped whispering about it. We figured out we were not getting a bonus. And we didn't and we never got a bonus again.
I thought that it was such a mean, angry passive-aggressive thing to do to us hourly employees. Management knew that we expected it. They watched us whispering about it and wondering about it but they made us figure it out. They did not just tell us that we were not going to get it.

A couple of years later, I was laid off. I had worked there 27 years. There was not so much a thank you or a gift card. No party.
What is currently happening at FC re the Forum Bonus reminds me of my former company and the year end bonus.

I personally think they have ended. I have enough to cash out ($36.52 ) but I will wait until the end of the month just in case. I wonder if anyone sent in a support ticket to ask ???

I got the confirmation email on both the forum bonus (3.00) and the payment pictures bonus (1.00). I have them pending and they will probably be paid soon. Maybe the site applied for a small business relief from the government and that's what's holding it up..
Be Patient! It will pay!

That would be the worst case scenario -- not telling us and abruptly ending the bonus. If the bonus were to end, then I hope they'll at least notify us and pay us for the previous months before ending it. It seems like the fair thing to do.

I have to agree I think it’s ended. We always got it the next month, if not then the beginning of the next month. Here we are, almost in the middle of September and still waiting for July and August. I think it has ended.

I agree, I am hoping at least for our past 2 or 3 months bonus and a notice if they ended it.

For now, the situation does. not feel good but time will tell.
Perhaps FC is waiting for the next stimulus payment (if there is one). After all FC is a small business.
I realize that no advertisements or clients sponsor the Forum so the bonus comes out of FC pockets.
I would probably continue to post on Forum even without payment but the payment is the cherry on the top.

I'm beginning to think it has ended. The crisis we are currently dealing with has been very hard on small businesses.

Yes! If it is ending I hope to at least get compensated for what has been completed.

It has been interesting to hear each opinion. Thanks for the opportunity to create a post. I am grateful to have been paid in the past. Perhaps, I will be paid in the future.

I think it is ending too. I am still waiting for June, July and August. I wish that they would let us know something.

I thought I had been paid for June, but I just checked and it is "pending" with 0 days left. I didn't have enough posts in July, but September is pending as well with 19 days left. I have the same bad feeling as bostonphil. So many things have gone away with no explanation -- the 2x/week contests -- gone without a word for a very long time. I am grateful to cash out every 2 months, but I sure wish there would be some communication from FC

Actually either way they could and should let us know something. I don't understand being left in the dark and continuing to do all the activities. Oh well I guess either way time will tell.

Whether we get paid or not I still enjoy chatting on here. I really do hope they pay us though. Everyone needs every penny they can make now a days.

This almost sounds like the story in Christmas Vacation - I hope you were able to rebound after 27 years with the company. I don't think the forum bonus measure up to what you had to go through.

I do wish they would let us know if they are not going to pay us the bonus because if so, I would quit taking the time doing the 30 posts each month.

Everyone has there own opinion. i sure we get paid for what is owed for the last few months.

it does sound possible, but the pandemis or some other disaster could also be the cause, so I'll hope for the best and wait, and keep posting since I love posting anyways

Due june,July and August that's 9.00 would be nice but not that much money. If they end it just tell us. Can still make money doing surveys. Can only wait and see.

I'm going to keep up with posting until I hear different. It really isn't that much time our of my day to post once or twice each day reach 30 posts. Crossing my fingers for sure. I need the money

Fusioncash expects everyone on here to follow rules. They should be following their own rules, too.
Communication is key, too. If they would just inform the users what is going on, that would solve so much.

Just got the confirmation email for September Forum bonus application, now June, July August and September are pending. Says agree to wait 65 days for payment, so we'll see. June and July have zero days waiting.

I will continue to be optimistic about FC's future. I can understand that FC may be having financial difficulties during this crazy time and may not be able to pay us the forum bonus as before. Maybe they are trying to figure out what to do, and that's the holdup on keeping us informed. FC has always appeared trustworthy to me, and concerned about its members. I think if there is a way to pay us, they will. I've always been amazed that they offered the bonus in the first place. I've never seen another site offer such a great incentive to be a contributing member. Bostonphil, your story is pretty heartbreaking, but sadly, typical of the way many people operate.
