Title: Administrator Responses to help Tickets Submitted
Post by: Jaspe on October 10, 2020, 07:50:00 am
I was just curious.....
Everyone has suggested to submit a help ticket to Fusioncash for problems relating to the site (which makes sense).

But...
Who has gotten a response and when was that response?
Finally, has anything changed since you received the response?

The last one I submitted was in April of this year, and it is still open with no replies. But it wasn't super important so I'm not fretting over it.

I submitted a question regarding my move to another address last March and got a response back about a month later telling me that there was no problem.

I opened a ticket about porno on the site about three or so months ago. It was taken care of. I got a response back about two months later saying that it had been taken care of.

I also opened a ticket telling FC that their certificate had expired. That was taken care of and a month or two later, I got a response telling me that it had been renewed.

So, tickets are being monitored if not always responded to.

I submitted a ticket over a month and a half ago about not being able to change my address because I have moved and still have not received a reply.  Then I send a response to that ticket a month ago and got an e-mail that they have received it, but it is still open.  I also cashed out at the end of August.  The check was processed and mailed on September 20th but to this date (October 10th) I have not received the check.  It should have gone to my old address since I can't change it and then forwarded to me.  I also can't track the check because I get an error.

I tried to do an address change last March. Sent 2 tickets and I never received any response. I gave up. So now I am stuck getting DD whether I want it or not.

You probably will not receive it.  Not if you were not able to change your address on your own.  It will go to the old address on file.  I will never understand why people do not use PayPal. It is safe and reliable. That way even if you move you still will get paid.  Maybe who ever is at your old address will return to sender or try to forward to you if they know how. Or they may just throw it in the trash. I done both when people kept getting mail at my address months after I had moved in. The house sat empty for a couple years so it was funny they were still getting mail here any way.

Why would you want a check mailed to you?  It can get lost and you don't get it.  PayPal is the safest.  And they do not have you bank account info.

It was my preference since I rarely need or use paypal. I wanted cash. But at this point I really didn't get a choice. Sadly I should've been able to change my address back then.

But they do not send cash. They send a check. Yeah you should have been able to change the address but apparently certain people can not do that. It does not make sense how some it works fine and others aren't able to do anything.

Did you submit to cash out? Have you looked under My Account and then My Cashouts?  Does it say it was approved? Denied? Pending?

Are you able to have future money sent to PayPal or direct deposit?

you could open a PayPal account. It is free. I do not believe that you need to keep a balance and from PayPal you can have money sent to your bank. That is what I do and have not had any problems in years.

I know it is a check, but that equals cash in hand.  I just gave up on address change.

I bet your check is hanging out at some P.O., waiting to be picked up. Have you checked your local P.O.? I used to live in Iowa and now I live in Montana. My ex owes a lot of back child support, and I used to change my address when needed on the child support website. But the last time I received any money was 7 years ago. I moved back to MT 6 years ago, and never changed my address because I never thought I'd see another dime. Then we got a stimulus check. I did not know that his got garnished, and was sent to the CS in Iowa. They sent it out as a check to me at my last known address. I have never received it and have no idea where it's at. But when I found out about it, I contacted them, and through a bunch of different processes, I should have a new check arriving any day now. The original was sent out the end of June, so that just goes to show how long the whole process has taken. Been a pain, but I'm glad I'm at the final stage!

PayPal is the same difference.  Just transfer the money to your bank. But be forewarned when you set up PP now you have to attach it to your bank account or give them your SS#.  If you do the later then you can keep the balance in PP. Otherwise as soon as you accept the money you have to transfer it to your bank.

The ultimate point is that I shouldn't have to do anything but change my address. If the administration actually cared about survey takers, they would actually work on their site.  As I said, I gave up after 7 months of no answers

If you go under act settings you can cut how you want it, direct payment via check or paypal

The site is out dated when it comes to address changes. They even questioned my direct deposit info

I have not bothered to put in a support ticket in at least a year.  More than likely it'll be ignored.

You are right. And it just baffles me why the site won't do it. Although I have this problem on another website. When I click to save info, it just keeps saying "Saving" and never completes it. I too, gave up as it wasn't a total necessary change. I'm just curious what you ended up doing for your cash outs.

Well, that's not good. Did you get it straightened out then? I guess it's hard to be a newbie on FC, those of us who have been here for a god long time rarely experienced these frustrating issues.  I'll stick with FC to the end, but I sure hope it's not any time soon!

Of course I meant "good", not "god". Dang it, I always try to make sure I proofread my comment before posting but I missed that one :)
