I love cheese.  Cheddar, swiss, provolone, muenster, colby, mozzarella, ........ now, I'm hungry!!

Wow, they have a day for everything. I didn't know it was national cheese day that day, but I am sure there is a good chance that i had cheese that day because I love cheese.

Well, why am surprised that there is a "Cheese Day"?  I guess I am a little late for that So I will wish all of you happy Saturday.

My goodness! They make a day for absolutely anything, LOL. Anyway, Happy (Belated) Cheese Day everyone. Personally, I love cheddar and American cheese. Yum!

Mild cheddar is my favorite but not for grilled cheese I prefer American for that.  I like gouda also.
