Hi all!
I have been using FusionCash for a long time, but that might be changing soon. About a week ago, my $24.66 balance suddenly and unexpectedly dropped to $4.90. I submitted a support ticket right away, but since it has been 8 days with no response or even signal that someone saw the message and is looking into the problem, I am assuming support tickets go into a black hole or that the site admin mentally "checked out" from this project quite some time ago. (I don't know the specific situation with FusionCash, but I know many payment sites have gone that way in the past). In the meantime I have ceased all FusionCash activity as I no longer have any trust in the security of my balance.
Now, I'm going to give FusionCash the benefit of the doubt that this was not an intentional money grab—I am assuming just a system glitch—but I am wondering if any of you have experienced something similar, and if so how you got it resolved. Thanks all!

Your earnings start to expire after 6 months if you don't cash out within that time.

I got ripped off $111....did a 90 minute forum through here....paid $100
As soon as it credited it threw up a red flag on here....my account was supposed to be shut down 2-3 days.
I sent in 10 tickets....no replies....6 months later all money went poof....FC and the people who are running it are all morons. :turkey:

Have you look in your account where it shows your earnings? Scroll down through all of that and see if anything says revoked or expired.

Wow, that is really awful. I am so sorry this happened to you. I really hope things get made right, but it seems that support isnt around at all.

When was the last time you cashed out. If it was over 180 days that might be the problem.
-
Actually the idea that your cash amts expired is the most likely. I lost $5 (luckily, that was all) the first time I started using the site. I quickly realized that you have to put a certain amt of daily effort into it.
-
Unfortunately, I don't think it's a glitch. Like others have pointed out, it's likely your earnings expired or were revoked.
-
Yeah, sounds like they expired.

I'm sorry this happened to you. :( I think the same will happen to me soon. It's a shame how this site is crashing and burning.

Mine went from 20 to 6.80. depended on posting to cashout but............

Yeah, losing our posting bonuses sure makes it a lot harder to cash out. I just want one more cashout, then I might as well give it up and focus on other sites.

Just for laughs, maybe they wanted all the monies for our bonus' to post in 2021 instead of 2020 (?) for some tax purpose. Just a thought...

That might have been the problem. No sense in putting a support ticket, they won’t answer you.

Wow, sorry to hear that happened to you but is sounds like your earnings expired. I've had that happen to me as well. :(
