Title: Payout lol

Fulfillment Status: BO Exception, posted 2021-01-25. Hopefully this is resolved soon so i can get paid . Put in the ticket is all I can do. Annoying but its not the first time its happen. If anyone else has happen to you just be patient put in a ticket you may or may not most likely not get a response but you will most def get paid

I feel like this wont be resolved anytime soon still waiting for payment and I can't change my pay out prefference i get an error message every time i try

I have read of other members having this problem but eventually getting paid.

What does BO Exception stand for?  Can you call your bank and see if they can help?

I am in the exact situation as you are with the same date. I opened a ticket after the first week since it was identified as "posted 2021-01-25." The bank account shows nothing. After opening the ticket, I get the email that states thank you for opening the ticket. We have high volume but generally respond within 48 hours. It is now going on the 4th week with no subsequent response and no credit to the receiving account. I may push the issue with a second duplicate ticket, even though the first ticket still says "open."

This is the first time I have heard of  BO Exception. What does that stand for? I hope all members who have this issue will get paid. Now I'll be nervous the next time I cash out.

BO Exception seems to affect those members who do direct deposit. This far, we who have money sent to paypal are not having a problem. I will be cashing out Tuesday so hope this will continue.

I am still waiting for my pay out but will be patient because it has happened before.
