yes it really does give you money. you have to reach the limit of $25.00 first though in order to cash out.

You have to make at least 15 from offers or you can't cashout. its in the rules

I usually don't trust sites like these but this one is completely different I think. There's a bunch of people here who continue to participate and have earned hundreds of dollars. If it's not real, why are they still here?

Fusioncash is far more legitimate than other companies out there.  I came from the FreeiPodGuide forums which is run by the same people who run (or at least used to run) this site.  Good bunch of people who might not pay as much as some shadier types, but they definitely pay out.

This site pays more people than any other cash earning website I have found.
